I feel really rediculous asking this, but how much does Soul Dew increase Latios/Latias Special stats? Does it double it? or what?

Like I said I feel like a newbie asking this but I've never been a big 00ber user so I never looked into it.

It multiplies their Special Attack and Special Defense by 1.5 each.

There was a lot of confusion over this for a long while so don't feel any n00bishness. I had it as an 'open question' on the Help thread until just now when I checked and realized it had never been updated. So thanks for starting this thread. I've updated it now.

Serebii says it double's Latios' SpAtk and Latias' SpDef. Serebii has been known to be wrong, though.

Yeah I here all the time. It Doubles those Stats. But then again I here It multiplies their Stats by 1.5 just as much.

Aw crap I guess I was right to still have it as an open question after all. I remember some posters saying they were going to actually test it to see if it is 1.5 or 2 but I guess that never happened. Meh. Back to the edit button.

I have it but don't really know how to test it properly. Maybe someone else who knows what they are doing will help out and we'll finally get the right answer.

I guess you could battle specifique Pokemon, with right IV's natures and all that stuff. And use a Damage calculator on a Website. Then use it when your Stats have been upgraded by Soul Dew. Try it out in the Game and See how much you do. Through like a Link Battle or Something.

just look at the stats of your latios w/ soul dew in battle on netbattle and it will show you that it is x1.5...

On topic: I think it multiplies Latios's S.Def by 1.5x and Latias's S.Atk bt 1.5x... Not sure though.

Trust me, it multiplies both SpAtk and SpDef each by 1.5.

Doubling Both Special Attack and Defence seems a little too much. Multiplying it by 1.5 seems more reasonable. So that's probably right. Meh. It is. Ya. Uh. Well, that's been answered. Now I know for sure. Yay.

Lol. Me and my friend Link Battle. But just me and him. Cuz everyone I know stopped playing Pokemon. So it's just us all by our selves. We Link Battle Occasionaly. I win most of the time. He's at the stage now were he's trying to figure out EV's after I exlplained them to him. I was there not too long ago.
