It's the Pokerus. It won't hurt your pokemon it just increases the EVs it will gain when battling pokemon. Don't worry about it if you aren't EV training. It goes away.

OMG lucky little... It's Super rare. What Pokarus does is Doubles the EV;s you get in Battle so you can EV Train so much faster.
