Whats up with altering cave on emerald?

ive done almost everything in the game but there is still nothing in altering cave! I was just wondering if there is ever gonna be anything in altering cave, and if so what do i have to do in order to get it?

Altering Cave, when hooked up to an E-Reader with the specific cards, alters to get different effects from different cards.

Unfortunately, however, that is only available in Japan.

Simply put, Altering Cave was something that should've been removed prior to release here.

Actually, Altering Cave does serve at least ONE purpose: It's arguably the best place to train for Speed EV's, as the only thing there are Zubats.

Isn't that the place were you go in the direction of the Rocks. Like if there are Six Rocks in the room you go South. Like 12 O clock is North and stuff. From the directions on a Clock. 3 is facing right. So you take the right entrance? Is this the place? Were is the Altering Cave on Emerald. I know were in Fire Red Leaf Green, maybe I forgot? I also keep mixing them up with Artistan Cave.

But the speed EV's do happen alot in that cave there

Huh? Which Cave, Altering or Artistan? In Artistan Cave you can Train Speed EV's aswell. Since only Smeargles appear and they give 1 Speed Point.

This cave have something to do with the Mystery Gift feature of the game. You must go to a Wonder Spot to activate it.

If you go to the Nintendo events that give you Mystic and Aurora Tickets, you can also use Mystery Gift get a certain Pokémon to appear in Altering Cave. The Pokémon can be Houndour, Mareep, Pineco, and a bunch of others that are in the Emerald Safari Zone after you clear the E4. The Altering Cave in Emerald is on Route 103 across the water from Oldale Town, northwest of Slateport City. In FR/LG, it's on Outcast Island off the coast of Six Island Green Path, just outside and across a stretch of ocean from Pattern Bush.
