I've been a member here for quite awhile but I've been away for a long time and the only name I recognize anymore is Shineyaltaria (Nice to see you kept the whole "Got ---?" Thing around, btw) So, I posted this team up a very long time ago. Probably going on a year ago, and I want to see how much you guys know compared to what the people I remember knew.

Executor (Exeggutor)@Lum
Chlorophyll
Timid
252 Special Attack/ 129 Speed/ 129 Special Defense
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Psychic
Sleep Powder
-Psychic used to be HP: Fire, but I found that Psychic w/ STAB does more damage than HP:Fire 70 with Sunny Day (Which if you do some quick math in your head is a no brainer). Sleep Powder is mostly a filler that comes in handy sometimes when facing an opponent whom he can't deafeat in one hit.

Poseidon (Gyarados)@Liechi
Intimidate
Adamant
252 Special Defense/ 129 Attack/ 129 Speed
Taunt
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
HP: Flying
-This is a self explanatory Gyarados DDer.

Scarlet (Ninetales)@Leftovers
Flash Fire
Hasty
252 Speed/ 129 Defense/ 129 Special Defense
Confuse Ray
Attract
Toxic
Fire Spin
-Provides a slow and painful death for the opponent. Toxic eats away, Fire Spin traps, and Attract/Confusion gives them a low chance of hitting you. I have gotten suggestions in the past for Will-O-Wisp instead of the Toxic for the effect of lowing the opponents Attack. But I stick with Toxic for the quicker kill.

Staross (Starmie)@Petaya
Natural Cure
Timid
252 Speed/ 252 Special Attack/ 6 HP
Thunderbolt
Surf
Psychic
Ice Beam
-Once again, self-explanatory. Perfect IVs on this one.

Ares (Metagross)@Persim
Clear Body
Jolly
252 Attack/ 120 Speed/ 138 Defense
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Shadow Ball
Agility
-Given that he has agility 120 Speed EVs is overkill in reality, but doesn't hurt.

X-Factor (Heracross)@Salac
Swarm
Jolly
252 Speed/ 252 Attack/ 6 Defense
Endure
Bulk Up
Megahorn
Reversal
-Sub would be more effective than Endure but I don't have the means to give him Sub at this time. If you don't see the udder genius behind this 'Cross I pitty you :)

Well, have at it. Constructive criticism welcome. Crap will be disreguarded.

NOTE

My appologies. Armaldo ex is my little brother and I accidentally posted up this thread on his username. This team really belongs to me, Maverick Hunter.

You should know me...

Anywho:

By the looks of it, you're playing with Item Clause, So I don't have anything to say about the Items..

Most of your EV Spreads are ehh.., but I don't have time to fix them.

On Hera, Swords Dance>Bulk up if you can.

Will-o-Wisp>Toxic on Ninetails. In our current Meta, Toxic sux.

Give Metagross enough EVs to have a stat of 198, and he's good.

Rapid Spin>Psychic on Starmie.

That's all I see at a glance...

Hey, Clown master! I didn't know you were still around. Of course I remember you. You made my avy.

if you remembered me, you would remember that I hate going along with metas ;) lol. I will take all of your suggestions into consideration. You were always better at EVs than me so if you get the time to give them a look I'd listen. If you don't mind my asking, why Rapid Spin of Psychic on Starmie? Psychic gets the STAB.

XD

Rabid Spin>Psychic because Skarmory is still as abundant as ever, and you'll need a Spinner to get rid of them. Psychic doesn't hurt much(other than Gengar and friends), so you don't usually need it unless you're desperate for another attack or the Pokémon doesn't get anything else.

For the EVs:

On Eggy, you only need 124 Speed EVs with a timid nature to outspeed everything after sunny day. Also, you'll want to watch out for aero and friends, so I'd put most of your EVs that you didn't put in SAtk into Defence... Maybe this spread or something close? 124 Spd / 132 Def / 224SAtk / 28Def

On Gyarados, 168 Spd EVs with a perfect IV and Jolly nature outspeeds everything after 1 DD, so try this mabye? 252 Atk / 138 Spd / 88SDef. Or switch around Attk and SDef.

I'm not very good w/Ninetails, but this spread may work: 128 HP / 200Spd / 180 SDef with a Calm Nature.

Starmie is good for it's EVs.

On Metagross, with a perfect Speed IV and Jolly Nature, you only need 16-20 Speed EVs. 120 is overkill. 72 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd / 168 SDef(or Def).

Heracross is good to me.

Man I need to find and start using a calculator. Pen and paper sux, and I don't like the built in computer one. xD

I have a question. Metgrosses Max Speed at I Higher Nature Level 100 is 262. Is that already EV Trained or not. Cuz if it isn't already EV Trained, you wouldn't need and EV's for his Speed cuz one Agility would bring that to 524.

Thanks Clown Master.

Scarface- You lost me.

No Problem...

Scarface, that is the max speed with 252 EVs and a perfect IV, not the min...
