The main focus is to use the steelix to get the bench down to 40hp, and then use Electabuzz to pick them off, one by one if Steelix gets Ko'd. Raichu is their for backup support incase there are any 120 hp'ers or above.

Alright. First, cut Hitmonchan ex. He's not good enough anymore. Especially with a weakness to Psychic. I understand you're trying to make use of Lanette to get the Zigzagoon out as it's colorless, but Linoone is a little difficult to play. Increase it to 2/2, and cut a Pikachu. Also, 4 Steelix isn't need when you max Wally. So cut one. Switch all th epotions to Orans , because you can clear your hand before Birch. Add another Birch for more drawpower. Multi Energy is very dangerous to play in a Metal or Dark deck. Switch them out for Rainbows. Steelix's high HP can stand that 10 damage to it. Since Hitmonchan ex is out, we can cut the Fighting Energy. With Rainbow, Onix or Steelix can Rage all they want with a +10 headstart. Switch them for Lightning and you're done.
