God Cards and Sennen Items

At the end of Yugiou, what happens to the God Cards and the Sennen Items? Do the Sennen items stay in the statue? And, what happened to Atemu's deck....don't tell me he took it with him in the afterlife?

i think the itens are there but have no power the menga sort os seys there power was onlyu sapost to last a millum beside zork is gone atemu is gone and we think he took his riutal duel deck and the god cards with him we know in gx a guy duels useing a upgraded deck of sort of yugi and atemus deck and we know yugi went to useing level cards form his last duelw tiht he pharoh and bakura other than that not much else is known

1. The Millennium items were sent down into the bowels of the earth after the Ceremonial duel.

2. Atem had the God cards during the Ceremonial duel and he went off into the afterworld, so they probably went with him. After all, Yugi's deck in GX didn't consist of any God-summoning cards. Mostly just a solid chaos-like deck.
