Yep. I always play by only training my starter and 1 other pokemon for the E4. The rest of my party are pickup/HM slaves. Zigs can be switched into battle for one or two moves whenever needed to allow me time to give a battling pokemon an item. ;)

i was ganna train some more but i got impatiant, but i still won, amazingly enough.

(Absol and Manectric were very low levels and did nothing)

took out every poke in one hit except for flygon because i pressed crunch by accident. all my others were level 50 and i dint want to use them because i was saving them for the battle frontier.
