If you Natures could change that would be awsome. Oh well. I think Flamthrower for Ice Types, Dragon Claw and Psychic are there for STAB and Calm Mind for Stat Raising. But then having Bolt-Beam, (ThunderBolt and Ice Beam) would be helpful also.

Same Moveset. That would be good. Just Fast enough to outrun Base 130ers for Speed, HP is just enough to survive 4 Seismic Tosses. And then the Rest just goes onto Special Attack. But since the Nature is unchangeble, it's just a Dream...

dargon claw practically knocks out everything but steel and phychic aint gonna do any better =/
