How do you get more master balls? I haven't found a cheat or nothing.

you can actually get them legally in the game...but be lucky enough to where your ID numbers match in Lilycove...other than that...you have to get AR or Gameshark codes.

I think when you clone your Pokemon and give them a master ball, the clone will have it too.

Yup that's just Silver and Gold. At the Lottery Corner in Lilycove if your Lucky Enough to have one of your Pokemon to have all Matching ID numbers with the Lottery Draw. What I did though is that I have Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. I have All Three Versions, lucky me, and I borrowed one SP from my friend and I have a GBA Link Cable. So in Ruby/Sapphire I beat the entire game, then traded my Master Balls, and All my good Items like Rare Candies and PP Maxes. And Stuff Like that.
