What is the % chance of king's rock making your foe flinch?
When you have a pokemon with brightpowder, does is work like a sand attack as soon as you come out (like Intimidate)? Does it increase evasiveness slightly?

12.5% chance added to the flinch rate.

Bright Powder has the same chance I think..

I'm not sure, my friend told me reversal had 200 max power. (W/O STAB)

I think Reversal is like Frustrations and Returns Max Power. Which is 102. STABed that's 153.

King's Rock has a 12.5% Chance of Flinching the Opponent. On a Move that already doesn't have a Flinching Chance.

When you enter the Battle, you do not see anything that shows it Reducing the Opponents Accuracy but I beleive it makes the Opponents moves less Accurate by 12.5%.
