Ha ha. I've probably seen just about every Smeargle combo there is on NetBattle. I'm not n00bish enough to use them, though. So what's your favorite one? Mine would have to be

Spore is like 100% accurate (except for abilities like insomnia).

Ok Leelue, now picture a puddle at your feet, ok? Pretend to walk into it. You made a little Splash didn't you? Didn't really do much damage now did it?

Ok now picture a nice trampoline in front of your puddle. Get on the trampoline and Bounce. When you're ready, Bounce into the Puddle. Now tell me what kind of Splash did you make?

No it works exactly the same way as always. The Bounce/Splash combo is just a fun idea that we hope Nintendo picks up on and allows in future gens since it makes sense. And besides, Splash is only useful now as a contest move so Meh.

Regardless of Smeargle's durability, or lack thereof, the Spider Web over Mean Look thing just makes sense. They both do the exact same thing, but one just has more PP. Why choose the one with less? Then again you could argue that since Smeargle won't last, it doesn't need more PP.. eh.

On a different note, has anyone used Mirror Coat on Smeargle in Ru/Sa/Em? I liked it in GSC, and Smeargle did survive to take out non-CH, STAB attacks from the likes of Starmie, Alakazam and Zapdos. Could give it the right nature and up its HP/Sp Def EVs.

And just how many spider web pp you plan on using? Your likely to use 2-3 pp due to smeargle def although, the satisfaction of having more pp makes you at ease, its likely not ever going to use it all.

I once saw a guy on NetBattle with a Smeargle that knew Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, and Aeroblast. It doesn't get anymore pitiful than that.

the belly drum + explosion combo can 1hko Skarm. I've seen it done.
My fav one would be the Endevour set. Endevour/QA/Spore/???
