If I use Rare Candy on a fully EV trained pokeman would it have any difference as if I trained it?

Also should I use Ancient Power or Rockslide on Aerodactyl?

Rockslide is better IMO

Rockslide is an awesome attack...but Ancient Power has it's benefit of raising every single stat you have when you use it...it isyour decision...

As for the Rare Candies...no it makes no difference....just make sure the pokemon is FULLY EV trained before you do though

After you have fully EV trained you can use Rare candy and/or Day care to level up without any worries about harmful effects on Effort.

AP vs RS: each attack has its fans. It's fun to see the stats raise after you do an Ancient power sometimes, but I prefer Rockslide since it has more PP and possible flinch. More than once I've been saved by my foe flinching at a good time, and more than once I've been glad to have more PPs. Anyway, that's just my opinion.

Got Rock Slide?

I agree with Shiney Altaria. Here's info on the moves.

Ancientpower
Type:Rock
Power:60
Accuracy:100
PP:5
Special Effects:10% Chance to increase all states by 1. (Or 20% chance, I'm not sure.)

Rock Slide
Type:Rock
Power:75
Accuracy:90
PP:15
Special Effects:30% Chance of Flinching the Foe.

These may not be perfectly right, but based on my memory of these moves, that is what I think they are. I think Rock Slide is better though. Hope I helped.
