Need help with PKM Emerald

I kinda got lost in the game... I've beaten the game before, but i forgot how to ^_^. how do you get to Sootopolis City and Mossdeep City and Pacifidlog Town. I have gotten as far as Lilycove (and went to Team rocket's Hideout - where they were trying to get Groudon)

Help is appreciated. I am really looking to get HM Dive.

Ok...First of all...you need to check the houdout in Lilycove...if you can't get in...go to Mt. Pyre...that is where Team Magma should be...If no one is there...or you went there already...go to Team Magma's hideout and make sure you get to where Groudon Dissapears...when you do...you should be able to go to Slateport and witness Team Aqua stealing the Sub...that or go to the hdeout and see if you can get in...

Try all these things and see what works and g from there...cause Emerald is a little bit more difficult to get through

Yah, i played sapphire and beat it... now i am playing Emerald. I pretty much know what to do... i went to Slateport to talk to the captain.
