OMFG I LIEK WANTZORZ TAHT TEAM!! I CANT POSEBLEE WIN.
seriously, you need tons of help..
I'll cover the basics since I'm too tired to do anything much more..
Thunder sucks
Don't use 2 of the same type damaging move on one pokemon
Gengar can't physical sweep.
Use items
EV Train
Don't ever post a team like this again with a title like this.

To be honest, this is not by any means an Un-Beateble team, but I'll give you some suggestions to help make it better.
-You didn't state the Natures, Abilities, Genders, Held Items or where you distributed you EV's. (It is important to state all the little information to because the slightest little critique can make a difference.)
-Never use more than 1 of the Same Type of Move on a specific Pokemon. i.e,. Swampert, Hydro Pump, Surf/Meganium, Solar Beam, Razor Leaf. And other dudes. It takes up space for another move that could be used instead.
-Thunder is to inaccurate. Use Thunderbolt. It may have 25 Less Power than Thunder but Thunder only hits 70% of the time. And I would rather consistency over just a bit of power. Dynamic Punch is Really inaccurate to.
-Don't use Metronome, It's too unpredictable and can't be relied on.
-Try to cover your weaknesses as much as possible. Example. Since Swampert is Water/Ground, then his weakness to Grass 4x the Damage. So, instead of Hydro Pump, I'd take that off because it's only 80% chance of a succesful hit. But Ice Beam. Which is Super-Effective against Grass. That right there covers Swampert major type weakness. Are you following me?
-Your Pokemon need to have different Specific roles that they play and you need to try to cover as much Weaknesses as possible. Try to use the Pokemon's better states and distribute EV's to the corresponding types that need improvements or make them better. If you don't know what IV's and EV's are check the Help Thread, it exlpains them. But for a quick review, I'll try, IV's are short for Individual Valuals. The IV's of your Pokemon basically determine the quality of your Pokemon. The better the IV's, the better your Pokemon will be. It's like being born as a natural athlete, your gifted from birth to excel at sports, therefor, you don't need to work as hard to get good. Your Pokemon will eventually become stronger than one with lowed IV's. Now onto EV's. EV's are Effort Values. 4 EV's make one EP. An EP is an Effort Point. 1 Effort Point is equal to one increase of a certain state. Different Pokemon have different EV's and when your training in the Wild, depending on the state you want to train up, you battle a specific Pokemon that gives EV's to that state until you level up. You also can give your Pokemon Vitamins. i.e,. Protein, Calcium, Iron etc. You can have a Maximum of 510 EV's or EP's. I can't remember. and 2 different states can be Maxed out. As in, given 10 Vitamins to 2 different states. that would be 255 EV's. But there is no point on making it 255 because 252 is still Maxed out. I know this is a very difficult subject to grasp all at once but take time and check out the Help Thread for a better explaination.
Take the advice given to you and upgrade your current team. Or start from Scratch. Then I'll give you more Suggestions, for now, think hard on how you will improve and input the concept you have just learned, (If you just learned them) into action. Read the Help Thread if you don't understand EV's or any of that stuff if my explaination was unclear. And other information you need to know. Keep me posted on your changes. I hope I helped and that you benifited from this post.
How's that for a Helpful Post! :)

Thunder on Jirachi isn't too bad. It takes advantage of Serne Grace and give 42% of Paralysis.

Actually, you were successful, since you sure did get attention---although it may not have been the exact kind of attention you had anticipated. Anyway, since you're evidently new here , you may find the Table of Contents on the stickied Help Thread (page 1, first post) to be worth a minute or two of your time since it will show you what is contained on the thread that you may possibly find helpful. For example, you may find the sectoin on Pokemon Roles interesting.
Sir Clownmaster has a good 'team building guide' that you might want to check out also, though at the moment I haven't had my coffee yet and can't remember where it is (duh)---maybe try the FR/LG Help Thread. Anyway, welcome to the board and good luck making future teams.
Got teams?

I gave all my suggestions earlier. I'm thinking up some stuff now. (Combos stradegies you can use) since I gave you just the basics earlier. I'll post them tomorrow or whenever I come up with some good ones.
Yay, the Signatures are back!
