Rules:
1. I follow the rules outlined by ExMoD (specifically the ref rules/trader rating)
2. I am trading mint stuff unless I state otherwise...I expect the same from you.
3. No japboisushi.
4. Values for cards are based on EMoD's Price Guide but I will use other sources (ebay) when required.
5. I will negative ref you/file mail fraud if:
a) You don't send/decide to back out.
b) Your cards are not in the described condition (good idea if you send in sleeves and toploaders with the tops taped up but don't overdo it with the tape!!!)
I will neutral ref you instead of negative ref you only in unique circumstances (I have yet to think of a circumstance unique enough to warrant this yet)
6. If I have to send first, the number of refs you have is important (I might decide to not trade with you based on it regardless of your offer). If I am sending second, then the number of refs that you have is irrelevant.
7. I live in Canada. I included this rule specifically because of some people who seem to think I might be a ripper just because I am not from the same country they are. Also I find it offensive that anyone insinuates that I am a ripper...I have been ripped three times...I wouldn't do that to anyone because I wouldn't want it done to me. Golden fricken rule people; Some people did actually learn it in school.
8. A trade is only confirmed when both parties exchange their addresses (henceforth referred to as an "addy.") If you do not provide me with your addy to confirm the trade, I will either reject the trade, neglect the trade, or just take a really long time sending out. I don't need the headache of trying to decipher your writing or keeping every envelope for fear of accidentally throwing out info I need to send my cards to you.
9. I require that all replies to PM's I send remain in the body of the PM I send you. Translation: Don't reply in a different PM to a PM I send you. It conserves my inbox space, allows me to keep track of my business transactions and prevents confusion.
10. I have no interest trading with people who seem to believe negotiations should be protracted (aka 2 1/2 weeks) and then decide that they no longer need certain cards and are willing to trade for other cards on my list. Nor am I interested in trades where I give my assent (via providing my info) to a deal, then wait for a week or two for you to send your info to confirm the trade. I don't have patience for such stupidity at all. Remember that when opening negotiations with me.
11. This seems obvious but I'll state it anyways: Do not get yourself banned (especially for frivolous reasons) in the midst of our trade and cost me a ref....I have had idiots who were ref-scammers or who badmouthed mods or who decided to flagrantly ignore rules cost me refs because they decided to do these things while conducting business with me; I don't want to deal with these type of people.
