Now there are many threads on this subject, but since i OPNLY have emerald and Silver (i could trade from my friend in colluseum) how do i get certain moves on my pokes?
substitute on blaziken/medicham/raichu
Hypnosis on persian
thunderpunch on alakazam
pain split on dusclops (i assume you breed with mysdrevius)
any healing move besides rest on dusclops
mean look on dusclops
Iron defense/amnesia on torkoal (if it doesn't alerady learn it)
Block on torkoal (if possible)
Silver wind on ninjask
and can i get extra toxic/double team/Focus punch Tms? what are the BF TM's (so i can continue planning my 10 pokemon, persian, dusclops, blaziken, alakazam, altaria, torkoal, tentacreul, sandslash, ninjask, medicham)
Thanx in advance ;)

Well all I can say is, for Alakazam, In the battle Frontier it cost 48 Battle Points for Thunder Punch. And as a moveset for Alakazam, If you need it, I'm just giving a suggestion.
Alakazam@Lum Berry
Modest +SP ATK. -ATK.
Male/Female (Whatever you want)
Syncronize
EV's - 252-SPD. 252-HP. 1-Sp. ATK? (I need to do some research for what would be the best EV distributions) Although I'm not too good at it. K, just ignore that.
Moveset:
Psychic
Thunder Punch
Fire Punch
Calm Mind
Psychic for Alakazams strong SP. ATK and it's STABed. Calm Mind to strengthen SP. ATK and SP. DEF. Fire Punch to take out Bug, (Bug uses Attack which will own Alakazam since he has practically Non-Existent Defence. And it's Super-Effective against him.) Fire Punch is also Super-Effective against Steel, which Psychic is Not-Very-Effective against. And Grass and Ice, But they don't really matter. Fire Punch uses his SP. ATK aswell. Thunder Punch to take out Flying and Water. Water is very Common and Flying uses attack, which would again, do a lot of damage. Thats my opinion. I beleive Fire Punch would be more benificial than Ice Punch. Because, Ice can take out Dragon, Flying, Grass and Ground. Dragon is no big deal, Flying is already covered by Thunder Punch. Grass is no big deal. And Ground, uses attack and a strong STABed Earthquake can easily take out Alakazam. But over-all, I think Fire Punch is more benificial. But keep Thunder Punch since it takes out Water. Mainly because that is probably the most Common type used. I think. Hope I helped you in any way. If I didn't, than I wasted a lot of time. If I made no sense, than my work here is done.

Substitute: You can't get it without FR/LG. Sorry.
Hypnosis on Persian: Breed Stantler with Meowth
Healing move on Dusclops: None besides Rest
Iron Defense/Amnesia on Torkal: It learns Iron Defense @ 33, Amnesia @ 40; Block is not possible
BF Moves: Ice/Thunder/Fire Punch, Endure, Snore, Mud Slap, Defense Curl, Swift, Icy Wind, and Psych Up.

Serebii's PokéDex. (http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/) This should tell you what you want to know.
And the Substitute MT is in Emerald. I'm not sure where, but I do know that Emerald has all the same MTs as FR/LG, plus a bunch more.

Wait, yes you can get Substitute in Lavaridge Town. Check every house there.
I'm not sure if Kecleon learns it... maybe...

Kecleon learns Substitute at Level 40.
Linoone Learns Belly Drum at Level 53.
Sandslash does not Learn Earthquake. If that's who you mean by Sandy.
