Birth Island Question

Does anybody know how to solve that triangle problem on the island?

im not sure if they still have it but i went there once and i found this "thing"
that tells you the entire puzzle and how to solve it

I'll try to explain it:

Walk either up or down (whichever direction the triangle is from you) to until you are the same elevation as the triangle, then walk left or right (again, which ever direction it is from you) to the triangle and push the "A" button.

If you go 1 step too far, say up an extra step and then down to the same level as the triangle, you'll have to start the "puzzle" over again. It's really pretty easy, as long as you understand how it works.
