How do you catch them? Any help would be nice =)
Also, where can you get the Aurora ticket and the Pre-Release thingy for Jirachi?

either action replay them...or go to some place that has them through an event for pokemon.....that is the only legal way....the place to catch them is either place that they send you to on an island...there is no other place for them...on fr/lg I beleive Deoxys is on Island 9
Jirachi disk comes in the Colliseum game...I think...or you had to pre-order it to get the disk...

The disk with Jirachi was only given to the people that pre-ordered Colosseum but maybe you can find it on ebay or some other place like that. For Deoxis you will have to get it via action replay because nintendo is no longer doing pokemon events in the U.S. i dont know if a japanese pass works on the U.S. game.

You can find the Coloseum Bonus Disk on eBay. Just try it.
Deoxys is only found by getting the Aurora or Mystic Ticket, I forget which, through a certified Nintendo event.
Guess what.
They're gone.
Action Replay and Game Shark are your last hopes.

What's "action replay"?
TobiasX

You can get Jirachi by completing the horror that was Pokemon Channel. Apparently it gets transferred to your GBA when you do.
By "Action Replay" we mean an Action Replay Cheat Cartridge, which you use in between your Pokemon game and your GBA. It lets you input cheat codes to change the game a bit.

Action Replay is a device much like the Gameshark cartridge for any other system...but alot of people prefer the Action Replay for pokemon because it seems so much better....I prefer it...and I just traded online for 2 of them....cha-ching :D

But many people like myself prefer to not use a Game Shark or Action Replay since it could screw up your game cartridge quite a bit.

oh yeah...no doubt that it can...the only reason I use one is like you said....to get those pesky little rare pokemon...I catch/caught the rest of them...plus I am going to make the new pokemon on a diff. game and send them over...saves the catridge that I like quite a bit.... :D

If they are spawned on Action Replay they can still mess up your game when transferred.

How would it mess up your game? Also, could you get Deoxys and Jirachi with action replay? Could you get them with game sharl?

There are codes that let you modify the wild Pokémon to let you catch Deoxys or Jirachi, but the code that lets you catch Deoxys will mess up your game. The Deoxys you catch will be untradeable, and it'll never obey you no matter how many badges you have or what events you complete.
There are no GameShark codes for FR/LG. The only cheat codes that exist for that series are for Action Replay.
There is an AR code that lets you obtain Mew in FR/LG. It puts him in the first slot in your first PC box. Also, the Mew is holding a MysticTicket, which will allow you to go to Birth Island to catch Deoxys. The MysticTicket that you obtain in this way will not work without a code that activates the Birth Island event. There are also codes that make PokéMarts sell the Mystic and Aurora Tickets for $1. But you still need the codes that activate the Navel Rock/Birth Island events in order to use the tickets.
The Colosseum Bonus Disk is given to those who pre-ordered Colosseum, but undoubtedly there are those who would sell their disks on Ebay for some extra cash. Ebay is probably the best place to get a disk of your own. It's cheap, reliable, and relatively safe.

I know codes that PC the pokemon...not wild them...anyways...it really is'nt that hard to Manipulate the AR or Gameshark...you just gotta know what codes stand for what in the games....it is easy to learn the codes from the Monster Brain for pokemon...which I used to have....it has the Individual codes for the pokemon in the game...you make your own pokemon from scratch( I am not talking about Venastoisage stuff here)
It manipultaes the pokemon spaces in your team...not PC or Wild...so it is safer...becauase it creates it off the pokemon you already have...just find out the codes and make some Deoxys youself....
The reason the Deoxys wild does'nt work is because it a Manipulated code and not a great one at that...so it gives it the codes of a overtrained pokemon...as for the trading of it...I have no idea why you can't...
Just hack the AR is what I say...which is what I am going to try to do...I will post any helpful codes I come up with...I will test them first hand on my own Emerald first....then I will post them...use them at your own risk though

That's so STUPID.
I want to obtain everything legally, and now I can't :/. See, I don't care if they stop distributing Eon Tickets, since Lati@s can be traded. I don't care about the Aurora Tickets, since Ho-Oh/Lugia can be obtained in Colosseum/Box. BUT MYSTIC TICKETS?! Man that makes me mad. It's the ONLY LEGAL WAY to get Deoxys and now they've blocked that path too. And we were about to go to NYC for vacation...
I mean, if they want to make these things so rare then don't include them in the Pokedex... Make them "special" or something. Now I wonder how they're gonna distribute Old Sea Charts... Another download from a Bonus Disk from Pokemon Box?

Is there a website to get action replay codes?
So, if I buy an action replay all I do is put in some code and I get a Deoxys?

You can use a WARP code. Look through my posts to find the code as I can't remember where I posted it.
If you think not getting Deoxys is bad, it's ALMOST impossible to get Celebi.
The only confirmed way to get it is with a Japanese Copy of Pokemon Colosseum, where you can encounter it after purifying all 48 Shadow Pokemon, I think.
The unconfirmed way of getting him is to encounter him in Ruby / Sapphire / maybe Emerald in the area south of where you encounter Regirock's cave. The problem is apparently the chance of encountering him is the chance of catching Pokerus (roughly 1/65000! Yes, that is correct) squared, meaning about 1/385000000!
... Which is stupid, and not even confirmed by people who have hacked it to death -_-'
Anyway... That's all I know right now. I had a mate of mine trade over Celebi and Jirachi that he cheated for, so I got the entries. I still need a Legal Jirachi, Celebi & Mew for my complete Pokedex. Got 363, using my WARP code to get Lugia, Deoxys, and a 2nd Ho-oh (getting it on Colosseum is EVIL!).

What's WARP? With it can you get Jirachi and Deoxys?
Thanks for the help so far everyone =)

A warp code can "teleport" you to Birth Island for Deoxys. It won't do anything for Jirachi.
MatthewR

So a warp code is an action replay code that simply 'warps' you to Birth Island?

but do you have to deoxys and jirachi for a johto starter :(
hydrostatic89
07-20-2005, 01:33 PM
No. You need to have all 200 Hoenn Pokemon. So that'd take Ruby and Sapphire to complete. Nintendo would be stupid to make you obtain Deoxys for the Johto starters; they might as well not have them if that's the case because about 1% of the people actually get it legally.

You have to cheat to get Jirachi but you can get mew on emerald. the website for action replay is probably www.gamepro.com

Mew
You can only get Mew on Emerald legally by going and getting a special item, which again you need to get from an event. This is the same as Deoxys. I'm looking for WARP codes for Emerald, if anyone finds 1 please post it or PM me.
Jirachi
You can get this pokemon LEGALLY apparently by completing Pokemon Channel (Gamecube). It will be traded over to your connected GBA game.
Celebi
You can only get this on a Japanese version of Pokemon Colosseum. You need to purify every Shadow Pokemon (48 in total), then go to the Shrine and Celebi will apparently appear.
Deoxys
You can obtain Deoxys using my code. If you do, you will need to catch the pokemon legally, because the code WARPs you to the area with the sailor that will take you back to Vermillion City.
Lugia
It looks like you will be able to obtain Lugia legally in the new Gale of Darkness game (Gamecube). Here is a link to the section for it on Serebii.net. http://www.serebii.net/xd/
Ho-oh
You can obtain Ho-oh legally by purifying all Shadow Pokemon (48) on Pokemon Colosseum. You then trade your Story Mode team into a Battle Mode Colosseum Challenge outside the Story Mode, and beat all 100 Trainers. Ho-oh will be traded into your Colosseum Story Mode game, and will not need purifying.
Lugia & Ho-oh in FireRed / LeafGreen
You can use my WARP code to warp to Naval Rock, where you can legally obtain Lugia and Ho-oh.
None of this information makes the pokemon 'appear' in your box, and the pokemon will always obey you if you have the badges.
If you cheat by appearance codes or encounter codes to meet Mew or Deoxys, they will never obey you.
Good luck with getting them. :)
