Dose the E-Reader work for Emerald? It has Mrystery gift instead of mrystery event.

Yes, the E-Reader does work for Emerald. You could also always mix records with Ruby / Sapphire, if you're doing this for the Eon Ticket.

No, the E-Reader doesn't work for Emerald. You have to mix records with Ru/Sa to get stuff like the Eon Ticket, and you can't do that E-card battle thing that came with Ru/Sa. Whatever you heard, Slowbro, you heard wrong.

Actually, I believe it does, because E-cards do exist for Emerald in Japan:

So, techincally, the E-Reader does work for Emerald, however, they do not have any North American e-cards for the Emerald cart as of yet.

Yeah the E-reader does work with emerald if you have the Eon ticket in R/S you could mix records and get latias or latios in emerald
