Umm, as far as which one is better, they both have their own unique uses. That being said, it's pretty much universally agreed that Blissey is a better Pokemon overall. She also has more HP.

Wobbuffet can only learn secondary attacks, meaning it has to be hit before you can do any damage (although I'm not sure what TMs it can use), like Counter and Mirror Move.

My point being, it's more likely to faint before it can attack, surely?

No, it's because Wobbuffet is a cheap Pokemon that no one uses anymore because all you have to do is figure out what move your opponent is going to use and then use Counter/Mirror Coat it back for twice as much damage, and if there are two fighting each other it's pretty much who can use up all thier PP to use Struggle first.

Um, no, without Shadow Tag Wobbuffet is utterly useless, all they have to do is switch until you run out of PP for Destiny Bond if they're using Curse to set up, or if they've got anything else just max out their (special) attack and then OHKO you.



Anywhere outside 386, this is comperable to Mewtwo versus Beedrill debates. Although somewhat ironically their roles and weaknesses have been reversed in 386. XD



Oh, and FYI Blissey has the highest HP in the game, 255 base is as high as it gets.

Wobbuffet can take A LOT of hits. It kills any choice bander, except for Heracross using Megahorn. It's just cheap. But if it didnt have the Shadow Tag ability, it would be crappy like it was in GSC.
