Like the title says, Create Dragon monster card, or a dragon-support card.
A couple rules though:
Try to make the card at least semi-playable.
Cards allready existing can be modified.
Be Creative!
Just have fun!!!
So, I guess I'll start off by bringing one of my favorite types of Dragons from Mage Knight. I am going to intoduce you to Dragoons.
Dragoons are creatures with the bodies of dragons, but have the minds of humans. They also walk upright like a human, on thier hind legs. They still retain the abillity to fly, but the abillity to fly is something that is learned by choice. Dragoons have a deep sence of nature, and a strong will to protect it. However, becuase they think like Humans, they do have the tendacy to use Human emotions, and more importantly, Human desires. They do feel anger, jealousy, hatred, disgust, and they also feel love happiness, sadness and joy.
They also have the ability to tap into magic, and most are fairly expierenced in its laws and ways.

Dragoon Wizard
Earth/Wind (Yes, this monster has two types.)
Dragon
Level 5
1900 ATK/1500 DEF
Effect:
As long as this card remains on the field, this card cannot be the target of Trap cards. Whenever a Spell card is activated, this card's controler may pay 500 Life points and discard an Earth or Wind Main-Type monster to the Graveyard to negate the activation of that card, and destroy it. In adition, as long this card remains on the field, all Dragon Sub-Type monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. If there is a [Lord of D.] on your side of the field when this card is summoned, destroy it.
Dragoon Mage
Earth/Wind/Dragon/Level 6/2600 ATK/1502 DEF
Effect:
This card cannont be Normal Summoned. This card is Special Summoned by removing a [Dragoon Wizard] on the field from the game after it has been on the field for 1 turn. As long as this card remains on the field, all Dragon Sub-type monsters are unnefected by Spell and Traps cards that would destroy unless that card specically designates a target. In addition, all Dragon Sub-Type Monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, tribute 1 Dragon Sub-Type monster. If there is a [Lord of D.] on your side of the field when this card is summoned, destroy it.
Dragoon's Crystal Ball
Water/Fire/Spellcaster/Level 1/0 ATK/0 DEF
Effect:
When this card is Normal Summoned, it is placed in face-down Attack position before being shown to any other player. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, it is removed from play, and may not return to the current duel. When this card is attacked in face-down Attack Position, instead of sending this card to the graveyard, it is placed in the Field Card Zone (damage is calculated normally). This card then becomes a Field Card. As long as this card is a Field Card, you may choose the targets of all attacks on the field. In addition, all monsters with Dragoon, or are named Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Tyrant Dragon, have their levels reduced by 1.
Dragoon Breeder
Earth/Light/Dragon/Level 4/1000 ATK/1000 DEF
Effect:
When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a reult of Battle, search your deck for 1 Monster with [Dragoon] or [Dragon] in it's name with 1500 DEF or less, and add it to your hand. If [Dragoon's Crystal Ball] is in the Field Card Zone, and special summon that monster to the field in face-up Defence or Attack mode. (Monsters Level 5 or higher do not require a tribute.).
Dragoon Necromancer
Dark/Wind/Dragon/Level 7/1500 ATK/2000 DEF
Effect:
This card gains 300 ATK times the number of Dragon Type Monsters in the Graveyard (Max. 4). When ever a Trap card is activated, place 1 Trap Counter on this card (Max. 2). Remove 2 Trap counters on this card to select 1 [Power Over Death] in your hand, deck, or in the Graveyard and activate it.
Dragoon Lifegiver
Light/Earth/Dragon/Level 7/2000 ATK/1500 DEF
This card gains 175 ATK times the number of Dragon Type monsters on the Field (Max 4.). When ever a Trap card is activated, place 1 Trap Counter on this card (Max. 2). Remove 2 Trap Counters on this card to select 1 [Power Over Life] in your hand, Deck, or in the Graveyard and activate it.
Dragoon Siege-Gunner
Fire/Earth/Dragon/Level 3/1850 ATK/1500 DEF
Effect:
When this card is Summoned, add 1 Trap Counter to any card that can have Trap Counters on it.
Dragoon Shapshifter
Water/Wind/Dragon/Level 4/1500 ATK/1500 DEF
Effect:
During each Draw Phase, choose 1 of the Following options:
Change this monster's Sub-Type to any type until the end of the turn.
Change [Dragoon] in this monster's name to [Dragon]
Dragon Soul-Feeder
Wind/Dragon/Level 5/1600 DEF/1500 DEF
Remove up to two monsters from play to increase the ATK of this card by 400 to a maximum of 2 until the end of turn. Also, during you opponent's Battle Phase, you may remove 5 Spell cards from the game to end your opponent's Battle Phase.
Dragonic Fear
Spell Card
This card can only be activated when there is a face-up Monster with [Dragoon] or [Dragon] in it's name on your side of the field. For three turns, your opponent may not attack or activate Trap Cards. After 2 turns, counting from your opponent's End Phase, destroy this card. If there is not a monster with Dragon in it's name during each Draw Phase, destroy this card.
Dragonic Transformation
Trap Card
Sacrifice 3 Dragon Type Monsters. Special Summon 1 [Blue-Eyes White Dragon] or [Tyrant Dragon] from your deck. That [Blue-Eyes White Dragon] or [Tyrant Dragon] is placed back in your deck at the end of your opponent's next turn. At that time, return 1 of the monsters sacrificed to the field, and the rest are removed from play.
Dragoon Fortunes
Continuous Trap Card
During the turn when you draw a level 6 or higher monster, that monster has it's level reduced by 1 until the end of turn.
Power Over Death
Continuous Trap Card
This card can only be activated through the effect of [Dragoon Necromancer]. While active, this card is not destroyed by Spell Cards.
Power Over Life
Continuous Trap Card
This card can only be activated through the effect of [Dragoon Lifegiver]. While active, this card is not destroyed by Spell Cards.
Ultimate Dragon ~ God of Death and Destruction
Dark/Fire/Water(THREE TYPES!!!)/Level 10/Dragon/3500 ATK/3500 DEF (it should never need it.........)
Fusion/Effect
[Tyrant Dragon + Power Over Death]
This card must be Special Summoned by a Fusion by Fusing together the above cards. While this card is on the field, all effects relating to the Graveyard are negated and no cards can be removed from play. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's LP in a dirrect attack his/her Life Points are reduced by half. In addtion, you may Tribute 1 monster on the field with [Dragoon] or [Dragon] in it's name to activate one of the following options:
Deal 1000 Points of Direct Damage to your Opponent's LP (If you chose this effect, you do not preform a Battle Phase).
Or, Destroy 1 Monster or Trap Card on the field (If the targeted card is face-down, flip it face up [it is not activated]. If it is not a Trap or Monster card, it is fliped back face down.)
You may only Tribute 1 monster per turn for the previous effect. If there is a [Lord of D.] on your side of the field when this card is summoned, destroy it.
Ultimate Dragon ~ God of Death and Ruler of All Souls
Dark/Light/Wind/Level 10/Dragon/3500 ATK/3500 DEF
Fusion/Effect
[Blue-Eyes White Dragon + Power Over Death]
This card must be Special Summoned by a Fusion by Fusing together the above cards. While this card is Face-up on the field, only this card's controler is allowed to remove cards from play. You may remove all the cards in your graveyard to activate 1 of the following effects:
If you have 15 or more cards in your Graveyard, deal 200 points times the number of cards removed to your opponent's Life Points.
If you have 14 or less cards in your Graveyard, remove all cards in your opponent's Graveyard from the game.
This effect can only be used oncer per duel. If there is a [Lord of D.] on your side of the field when this card is summoned, destroy it.
Ultimate Dragon ~ God of Life and Harmony
Light/Wind/Water/Dragon/Level 10/3500 ATK/3500 DEF
Fusion/Effect
[Blue-Eyes White Dragon + Power Over Life]
This card must be Special Summoned by a Fusion by Fusing together the above cards. When this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly, during Damage Calcutlations, it's ATK is reduced to 0. When this card destroyes a Monster as a result of battle, Special Summon 1 Infant Dragon Token (Fire/Dragon/Level 1/1000 ATK/100 DEF. That token can not be used as a Tribute.) At the end of turn, if there are 4 Infant Baby Tokens, sacrifce them all and repeat your Battle Phase. Druing this Battle Phase, this card can attack directly, and normal Damage Calultaions will occur. Also, when this effect activates, your opponent cannont activate any effects, and his/her hand is removed from play.
Ultimate Dragon ~ God of Life and Ruler of the Elements
Light/Wind/Earth/Dragon/Level 10/3500 ATK/3500 DEF
Fusion/Effect
[Tyrant Dragon + Power Over Life]
This card must be Special Summoned by a Fusion by Fusing together the above cards. This card cannot attack. All effects specficall targeting this card are negated. During each Stand-by Phase, Special Summon 1 Dragon-type monster.
That monster has its ATK reduced by 1000 points, and is allowed to attack directly. At the begining of your Main Phase, you may Tribute 1 Dragon-type monster to activate one of the following appropriate effects:
If the Tributed monster was a Dark-type monster, negate the effects of monsters that are destroyed as a result of battle by 1 Dragon type monster on the field.
If the Tributed monster was a Fire-type monster, inflict 500 points of direct damage to your oppoenent's Life Points.
If the Tributed monster was a Water-type monster, until the end of your opponent's next turn, one monster on your side of the field is unnafected by Spell cards.
If the Tributed monster was a Light-type monster, move a Dragon-type monster card from your Graveyard or from your deck to the top of your deck.
If the Tributed monster was a Wind-type monster, 1 monster on your side of the field gains [When this monster attacks with an ATK that is larger than the DEF of a monster in Defense mode, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.].
If the Tributed Monster was a Earth-type monster, select 1 monster on your side of the field. Decrease it's ATK by 1000 Points. That monster may attack twice in the same Battle Phase.
This effect may only be used once per turn.

Effect = This card can only be special summoned by removing 1 BEWD and 1 REBD from play. When this card destroy another monster decrease its atk by 100.
I don't know if this playable or not because it need REBD and BEWD also it can't be searched by anything

Dragon Fortressing
Normal Trap
This card can only be activated when you have at least three face-up dragon type monsters on your side of the field. Flip all Dragon type monsters on your side of the field into face-down defense position and return all your opponents face-up monsters on the field to their deck. The deck is then shuffled.
Dragon's Run
Normal Magic
Return face-up dragon type monsters on your side of the field to your hand to destroy the same number of cards on your opponents side of the field as you returned to your hand.
Wrath of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon

This card can only be activated during your opponents stand-by phase by offering 1 face-up "Blue Eyes White Dragon" on your side of the field as a tribute. All of your opponents monsters are removed from play and replaced with an "Evil Dragon" token [wind/dragon/*/attack 0 defense 0] in attack or defense position. During the end phase of your next turn all "Evil Dragon" tokens on your opponents side of the field are destroyed and your opponent takes direct damage equal to 500 times the number of tokens on his or her side of the field before they were destroyed.

This card could almost become a staple :p well not in Exodia decks.

Unified Dragon Lair:
Continous Trap
This card can only be activated when targeted by a spell card that targets any "Dragon" cards on your side of the field. Discard a card from your hand and negate and destroy that spell card. In addition, if you have Lord of D. on the field, you can select a dragon-type monster from your graveyard and special summon it to the field.

Untill the end of the game you can’t Summon any Monster card with the same name as the Monster you chose.
