A. Trading Procedures
*Upon the completion of a deal, the person who has less references on this board shall send to the person with more references on this board unless agreed upon by both members. You have fewer refs you send first, end of story.

NOTE: There is to be no waiting for references in order to make the other person send first. I NEVER want to see a situation where, for example, one person has 8 references and the other has 9; and the person with 8 references says, "Wait two days; two people are leaving refs for me". Who sends first is determined when the deal is MADE. If one person has 8 refs and the other has 12, and they agree on a trade, I don't care if 500 people post references for the guy that had 8 -- the guy that had 8 still sends first.

*If for some reason you can not complete your end of the bargain (couldn't get to post office, ran out of stamps, etc.), TELL THE OTHER PERSON ABOUT IT. If you're up-front and honest, you'll most likely not be penalized.

B. Leaving/Getting References
YOU ARE NOT TO LEAVE REFERENCES FOR YOURSELF. The other person posts the reference for you once he/she has received the cards. Dont leave more than 5 refs for a person, since there arent to many people here you can get as many refs from one person for as many trades as you did.

C. Caution List Procedures and Violations
Traders on the Caution List are not necessarily rippers, but they have made mistakes in their dealings here. Traders on the Caution List must send first. Once a person has traded twice successfully, they are removed from the Caution List.

In order for one person to put another person on the Caution List, he/she must show me PROOF (e-mails, post office receipts, a link to his/her trading page, etc.) that the other person screwed up.

The following can get you put on the Caution List:
*Lying about the day you sent your cards
*Lying about the condition of your cards (intentional)
*Refuseing to follow the ref rule
*Not responding once a trade has been confirmed
*Bad packaging of cards, resulting in damage
*Backing out of an auction if you are the winner
*Changing the terms of an auction after a bid is placed, if you are the seller (Unless there was a typo and you are fixing it)

D. Bad List Violations and Procedures
It really takes something bad to get put on the Bad List. Once you are on the Bad List, you can NOT be taken off, except in extraordinary circumstances. If you plan to trade with someone on this list, he/she MUST send first, end of story.

The Bad List requires a higher standard of proof. I can't just take your word for it if you say "so and so ripped me" without providing e-mails. I shall also give the other person a chance to respond to me privately about the situation.

The following can get you put on the Bad List:
*Stealing cards (getting cards sent to you and not sending back, also known as Ripping)
*Sending fake cards
*Giving an address that is not your own
*Backng out of a trade for a better deal
*False references (this includes leaving refs when no trading has occured)
*Impostering (trying to pose as someone else that has a good reputation)
*Repeatedly refusing to send first when you have fewer references
*Multiple Caution List violations



If your refs are incorrect, make sure that I posted an update after they were left. If you got refs left for you on the 8th of a month, and I didn't update yet, don't e-mail me on the 10th asking where your references are.

E. Now this rule is being inforced since a lot of new traders have the fear of being ripped, now new traders can choose to only trade with people with 5 or 10 refs or more, i prefer that you choose 5 unless you have been previously ripped or have a very good reason, if you explain it to me i may allow you to choose 10, now after 2 successful trades you cannot use this rule, it also doesnt apply if you have 2 refs or more, now this may inhibit the trading or people with less refs but that is why i said only up to 2 refs, i also dont want this rule being misused, it really shouldnt be used much at all, if it starts being used by every new trader then i will remove it and you will either have to trade at your own risk or not trade at all, if you have any questions concerning this rule please post on the list or preferably pm me, also if you are requesting to use the 10 ref rule instead of 5 then also pm me with the reason

F. Refs from other sites or parts of this site dont count, in other words dont come and say "i have 4000 positive feedback on ebay" and expect us to care, this is becoming more or a problem, if you dont like it then sorry dont trade here

yes if he asked you to ref him with no trade being complete that warrents a caution listing, you just need three refs to get off it and you MUST send first when on the caution list

I've traded with brolyss on many occasions and i can honestly say he's true to his word. Sends on time, sends in good condition and replies quickly to all your messages. I recieved a PM from Gohan a week or two ago after I mad ethe comment that it was ironic that he said he had not only two Goku SSJ4, but Alt foil/lim ones. Now if this is true, who is to say I do not have 2 Vegeta lvl 5s. They are a lot easier to pull then Goku SSJ4, especially Alt. Foil.

new rule, if the cards are send in one package or on the same day, it only counts as 1 ref, i dont care if you do 5 trades and send them all out the same day or in the same envelope it only counts as one, and this leads to problems that one person sends two envelopes different days then the other person recieves them so from now on you have to wait 2 days after sending to do another trade FOR REFS, you can of course trade since i cant inhibit that but only after 2 days will it count as a ref, so you probably wont leave more than 1 ref at a time from now on, if you do leave a reason explaining it, this rule will get confusing at times so if there is a question consult me

Edited In: also dont save refs just to give in 2 days, that will make me very angry, it also means you must send 2 days apart so on on monday and then on wednesday you can send for a ref, also dont save up trades to send 2 days after you should send them the day after the trade or the next unless there are special reasons, i just made the rule cause i find it suspicious that people leave 3 refs at a time (though ive done it)

alright well squeezy, hi techs do in fact have 4 stars, but not all 4 stars are hi techs, in gt they are hard and see through, now if they are damaged when he sends them back that isnt his fault since you sent the wrong things in the first place, now if they are damaged beyond belief then yeah thatl be a problem, ill give you a choice, you can either get a caution listing OR you can send money for the shipping charge, the only problem is its a different country so he probably doesnt want US currency, maybe a card of equal value
