Exp share in ruby?

I was wondering, is it possible to get exp share in ruby version so i can train my beldum up really fast and if so plz tell me were. Also can u get leftovers, again if so plz tell me were. Thx.

after you deliver the letter from the president of Devon (in rustboro) go back and talk to the president and he will give u the EXP share.

and leftovers, you get from the bottom of the cruise ship in slateport/lilycove (you need to beat the E4 first)

Ya thanks rare pokemon now i got leftovers, and so far my beldum is now a metang lv 23 without even training him. All thanks to exp share and ur advice. Thx

i think you can get another leftovers as a Battle tower prize,but i can't be sure.

wow 50 straight. Anywayes now i got a metagross lv 47, so i dont need to lv him up with exp share anymore, and soon, he'll be strong enough to be apart of my team. Well he is cuz im training him but hell be caught up strenght wize and level wize. Once again thx.
