Is HP a special attack or physical attack?
Whats the least and most damage HP can do?

HP is just your Hit Points. it isn't special or physical attakcs, it's just you pokemons will to stay in the fight, the more you have the better

Unless you mean Hidden Power, listen to Hyper Knight, Hidden Power can be either Sp. or Phys. depending of your IVs (Look at the new help thread for that info) although it says its a normal type attack, it CANNOT be normal only every other type, and as for the power, Hidden Power's base power is ranging from 30 up to 70, this is agian, dependant on your IVs.
