Use your first six, and a BP move is a move you get from the Battle Frontier that costs Battle Points (BP). A male Sceptile needs to breed with a Ditto to make Treecko babies.

perish song
dragon claw
sky attack
you call those bad
Sky Attack is sorta like a high-powered fly/razor wind
only problem is you don't get off the screen like fly/dig/bounce/dive
Perish song is also good
a nice (although cheap) strategy is to use Perish song and then switch out
anyway...
you can catch Dittos in the Desert Underpass
left of Fallarbor in the fossil maniac's house, there's a cave way in the back that leads to the Underpass
the Underpass opens after you beat the Elite 4

Oh, i had no idea that sky was of any value, so i will keep it, but i forgot to say, i am playing sapphire, i cant get ditto or battle frontier (that i know of).
and, isn't razor wind a normal attack?

oh...
well, tough luck, dude
Battle Frontier is an Emerald-exclusive
if you have any friends with Firered/Leafgreen or Emerald, you get a Ditto from them
Razor Wind is a normal attack
I was just saying that Sky Attack was one of the charging attacks
sadly, there are no short cuts like Solar Beam
it's a good move, but it's risky
you leave yourself one open for one turn
but you'll hit for a lot of damage
140 base power ain't nothing

Oh, ok.
and mimic, How do i get crunch, HP ice? i don't know howto get Ice specifically (unless i get lucky) or any of the others without breeding my pokemon over and over, witch i DONT feel like doing, since i am now immersed in my emerald. but thanx anyway. i already used earthquake and aerial ace on sceptile, and what is SUB? or choice band? i have no idea what they are (maybe substitute?)
more help needed, please, but many thanx to innerhell for his contributions so far.

Yes, Sub is short for Substitute. Choice Band (CB) is a held item that boosts the power of physical moves by 50%, but the holder can only use the physical attack it just used until it's switched out or the battle ends. A STABed CB move gets double power. A Pokémon that uses Choice Band is called a CBer. Examples of CBers include Crobat, Aerodactyl, and Metagross.
