Im not asking for any major fixes but I'd appreciate some help.
Akira (Espeon)
HARDY Nature (no effect)
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Substitute
-Hidden Power (DARK)
I was wondering if this is a good moveset but if im going to replace anything it would be Sun for a more offensive move, like Hidden Power, but i cant figure out the whole IVs thing with it i can figure that stuff so if someone could help me figure out Akira's IVs for its Hidden Power type id really appreciate it. Also no suggesting egg moves. Thanks

Replace Morning Sun with Baton Pass and give it 252 speed, 126 Def, 126 Special Defence and you should be set.

If the hidden power isnt strong enough, it's not worth it...
I'd rather use HP:Fire rather than HP:Dark...because Psychic is resisted by: Psychic, Steel, and Dark. Fire is SE to Steel and isnt resisted by the others except for dual-types, but for Dark, it's resisted by both Steel AND Dark.

my bad it was HP Fighting, I said DARK because it was strong against DARKs, got mixed up

HP:Fighting would be bad... Espeon has EXTREMELY low Attack, and if you are using a Modest nature, it will be even lower... HP:Fire is the best choice.

Akira (Espeon)
252 Spd, 252 Sp.Atk, 6 Spd (I'm still new to EV spreads so someone else can fix this if it's wrong)
Modest Nature (+Sp.Atk, -Atk)
-Psychic
-Calm Mind
-Substitute
-Baton Pass
Never, EVER use a neutral nature. Try breeding it again to get a good nature. It will also give you a chance to get Baton Pass and if it's a male you don't have to worry about losing your only Substitute. (If not, just talk some newb into using their Substitute.) :)
Depending on your Umbreon's EV's it looks pretty good as is.

stats are determined with this formula...
5 + ((base stat x 2) + IV + EP/4) x 100 / level
IV's can be 0-31. You want as close to 31 as you can.
