Well, I want to post my Pokemon Emerald team, but waht exactly is expected? For now, I'll just put the Pokemon, the LV, and the move list.

NOTE: I'm NOT a professional player! So, if you see nubish moves, please tell me what to replace them with! I just play to have fun! But, if you can tell me what items and what moves to get, please, tell me!

Also, I'm a very slow player. I like to keep all my Pokemon atleast around the same LV!

Lombre LV35
- Rock Smash
- Secret Power
- Surf
- Giga Drain

Gardevoir LV35
- Psychic
- Confusion
- Imprison
- Flash

Minun LV35
- Shock Wave
- Thunder Wave
- Dynamicpunch
- Spark

Linoone LV35
- Strength
- Cut
- Hyper Beam
- Headbutt

Combusken LV35
- Quick Attack
- Bulk Up
- Double Kick
- Ember

Pelipper LV35
- Water Gun
- Protect
- Fly
- Stockpile

That's my current team! Please, help!

you will need to get to either lvl 50 or 100 to have a fighting team. But you will need to do a lot of stuff to make a team "good". You will need to do EP training, which is easier to do on Emerald with the berries that lower EP's in stats that you dont want. If you dont know what EP's are, read the help thread.
Stop training Linoone. The only good Linoone set around requires Extremespeed, and you need a special egg from Pokemon Box to get that.
Dont use 2 moves that are used strictly for damage that are of the same type.

Your team actually looks pretty good. Where are you at in the game?

It doesn't learn Spit Up until lv 47.

The whole set of three sux anyways. Waste 3 moveslots for 3 bad moves? Heck no.
