Can I evolve an eevee into an umbreon if I put him on ruby from emerald? Also I have the other eevee forms including espeon on the game.

Yes u can make Eevee evolve on Ruby version to an Umbreon.......personally i like Umbreon the best too.....but in FireRed, i evolved mine to a Vaporeon.....thats my opinion....if u wanna talk about the game, u can im me...just ask me to give it to u if u post again

I got on more question, to get umberon doesn't have to be day and light? How does it work on ruby?

To get Umbreon, you have to have a high friendship with the Eevee. Then level it up after noon....after noon lets it evolve to Umbreon
