I am at the E4 and I was wondering did anybody have a lot of trouble with the them?
Right now my team is:
Starmie-Timid-46
Sharpedo-Modest-44
Magenton-Timid-43
Sandslash-Adamant-44
Crobat-Impish-45
Rayqauza-Modest-70 (I figured why not)
Oh and Blazekin was my starter, he is a Sassy one at 37. Should he replace Rayquaza?

First of all, I would suggest you do some levelling up as this will give you a better chance of making it to the end of the Elite Four - try to get your Pokemons' levels into the mid-fifties at least.
It would also help if you posted your team's movesets and attached items; that way people will be able to suggest what needs fixing.

i Suggest u keep Rayquaza and replace Sharpedo with Blaziken. Blaziken will be useful for the Final Battle against Steven as he can pretty much wipe out his team with Flamethrower...and a good fighting atk.
I didn't have much trouble with the E4 although u may want to give starmie Icebeam or someone it.
btw..is this ur first time on E4? or have u done it once already..?

Train Blaziken, trust me. By the time he hits the high 80's he will be able to take on the elite all by himself. and I mean THE WHOLE ELITE, no elixers no nothin.If you give him the right moves he will be able to kill each and every single one of their pokemon with 1 hit.

I have honestly never found the Elite 4 a problem. You probably just need higher levels

I've beaten the E4 with only Blaziken and Kyogre.

Assuming you have emerald, all you would need is to level up Blaziken(Sidney Glacia), Starmie(Drake, and if you teach it T-Bolt, Glacia and Wallace), Sharpedo(Phoebe,maybe not needed) and Magneton(Only if you dont teach Starmie T-bolt)
If its Ruby, Blaziken, Starmie, and Sharpedo only. Like all the others said, Blaziken pwns the Elite 4.

Same here. Get them to mid-50's or higher. Besides rap3ag3 of the E4, training only those 2 pokemon also allows you to max your party Zigs from early in the game for ultimate pickup. By the time you actually face the E4 you should have one crap-load of items using like 3-4 Zigs constantly. And whatever you can't use, you can sell. ;)
Got Zigs?

Wallace was more challenging for me because I didn't have a good Electric/Grass type in my team
he was the only one in the E4 that gave me trouble (except for Drake's Kingdra)
here was my team at the time:

-Double Kick
-Blaze Kick
-Peck
-???? (I forgot...)
Swampert(m) Lv56 [EVtrained Mudkip = FR -> Ruby -> Em]
-Surf
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Protect
Salamence(m) Lv56 [EVtrained Bagon = FR -> Ruby -> Em]
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Brick Break
-Flamethrower
Ninjask(f) Lv53 [EVtrained Nincada = FR -> Ruby -> Em]
-Silver Wind
-Giga Drain
-Silver Wind
-Aerial Ace
Shedinja Lv52 [^^^]
-Shadow Ball
-Silver Wind
-Aerial Ace
-Dig
Alakazam(m) Lv66 [FR -> Ruby -> Em]
-Fire Punch
-Ice ^^^
-Thunder ^^^
-Psychic

I can see why he got a promotion
