Haha, I play my pokemon games wierd. Im not evolving torchic. I cant explain it really. I just love torchic, and Im not going to evolve it. The only bad thing I can think of is learning sky uppercut or whatever.

But in the mean time, I suggest Rain Dance over Quick Attack and Thunder over Spark.

Use it right (Thunder Wave then Rain Dance + Spark + Thunder) and you should pwn the Water pokemon and all it's effective types.
