Was the reason that Orichalcos statue thing had 20,000 attack points was because Kutora absorbed 20,000 damage?

I'm thinking it was 20,000 atk because Dartz had 20,000 lp.

Yes.
In the original, Dartz explained how the big Orichalcos Beast has ATK equal to the damage Kyutora took before death.
In the dub, explainations are not important, just so long as Yugi wins.

I thought Dartz only had 13,500 lps or something.
Also I have one more question..can someone explain the effect of the 3rd seal or orichalcos? Does Dartz have the ability to negate anything that affects monsters on his side of the field?

Yes, all spells and traps that affect Dartz are negated and destroyed.
Broken? Most definitely.

God I hate the dub. I wonder what they're going to when rebacca faces vivian. I mean, Rebecca plays imperial order and chains W/ Scapegoat. Are they going to explain chaining then? haha

For the record, it's Kyutora not KUTORA.
jinzojinzo, they will say the usual:
"Not so fast, activate ....."
"No way...."
"Too bad now...."

Figures, god I hate 4 kids. They ruin the show. Like Raphael really uncovered a Duel Disc 5 feet below the ground. C'mon lets get real, and how Alisters parents got "Kidnapped."

Dartz"s deck is so cheap I almost want to throw something at the TV, but once again, Yugi will find out some way to win.

Of course Yugi would find a way to win. He's the all powerful last second-fate of the world riding on this card drawing god.
I actually wish Kaiba would be able to show Yugi off and defeat the bad guy instead of always losing out.

That thing looks like a big cookie jar LoL! Dartz took out a legendary dragon to quick with that giant cookie jar if you ask me. Good thing those cards are not real.

honestly, dartz is supposed to have an awsome (yet cheap) deck; the whole point of the show is for the pharoah to pull a god draw and win on his last chance

Well not this time, since he doesn't have them. Anyway, does anyone think it's a little strange that Yugi, Joey, Pegasis and Mai were all just fine after Dartz said they'd lose their souls? When has Dartz ever been wrong about a card before?

It looked like Shakuamon from Digimon (Season 2).

It looked like Shakuamon from Digimon (Season 2).
And Claydol from Pokemon.
And Maharagi from Yugioh.
That's kinda dumb, that Orichalcos monster looks like Maharagi, and they're from the same game! Hard to think of filler ideas? Two of the filler arcs are about how the world is in danger if they lose. *Shakes head*

It's actually a form of, if I recall, bronze age potery... it's refered to as a 'dogu' if I'm not mistaken.
I think Yugi, Joey, Mai and Pegasus were fine because they were destroyed by one of the Legendary Dragon.

Or maybe Dartz was bluffing about their souls being destroyed, since he
needed those souls to feed the Leviathan.

Using Edo's proxies I've made a Dartz deck and it seems Dartz certainly got some seriously God draws himself. But when you start getting the seals out it's game over for you opponent.
Or maybe Dartz was bluffing about their souls being destroyed.
I don't see why he wouldn't bluff about anything, he seems to be an expert liar.

Whatever crap he said=Lol. I liked it when Atemu played Legend of Heart, summoning United Divine Dragon (Gashin Ryuu) with triple infinite attack power. It was so funny that it reached to more than infinity

What is the real effect of United Divine Dragon? Janime says you can just destroy one monster on the field, is that right?
