Clip board in pokemart.

How do I get the clip board in the pokemmart for sapphire? I have beaten the elite four, found latios, done everything I can think of. The only thing that I can find relating to it, is how to access the Mrystery gift system. I manganged to find it on emerald, but I dont know how.

Erm, the clipboard thing isnt in R/S, only in FR/LG and E. Go to Dewford and tell that guy who wants a cool phrase "MYSTERY GIFT IS EXITING" I think thats it, I'm very very sorry if im wrong, I cant seem to find it on Serebii.

Dough...Thanks. I can not belive I forgot that. I did that once when I first got the game. I kept on ressetting the game to trade out the diffrent starters. I feel very foolish.

No, there's a guy in the Petalburg PokéCenter next to the computer who wants your profile. After you beat Norman, you can tell him "Mystery Event Is Exciting" and he'll induct you into the Mystery Event Club.
