I tried to find the best balance I could find. I have found all pokemon except the god damn Cacnea, it is being a B****. They all have the exact natures to. How lucky huh? I never thought about a sweepin Starmie, that would be great, I think I will use it to see how it does. The rest are good too.
One more thing, should I replace Banette with Blazekin??

pretty good except where's the scope lens in R/S? And you really shouldn't have picked canae. try a different grass pokemon like Ralts last evolution

Of course not blazezakin has a pretty high attack rate.

Ralts has no grass evolution just psychic. And I already have that (Starmie) and why not Cacturne?? It can take out rock, ground, water, psychic and ghost. Plus it balances my team so perfectly. I geuss I just don't get it :(
Of course not blazezakin has a pretty high attack rate.
I'm sorry...but...WHAT!??!!?!

I'd suggest keeping Banette. Blaziken has a better ATK and Sp. ATK, but its overused. Blaziken is also much weaker defensively than Banette (Water, Psychic, Flying, & Ground or Rock as opposed to Dark & Ghost). Interfed suggested a pretty good set for it too.
I have a similar Cacturne set (no Needle Arm but the other moves Interfed mentioned). I like it. Cacturne needs to learn better moves, but I like it.
I don't have experience with Sandslash, but I've seen a lot of people use it as a Physical Sweeper.
Magneton looks good. You could also try HP Ice/Fire (paired with Magnet Pull...Skarmory), Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Reflect/Protect/Toxic/etc. I don't have the patience to breed for HP, so whatever works for you I guess. If all else fails, use Tri Attack I guess.
I'm a fan of the Toxic-trapper Crobat set. Toxic/Poison Fang, Fly, Mean Look, Confuse Ray.
Starmie can pretty much do anything well. Perhaps have it be a Special Sweeper since Sandslash is Physical?

True, Starmie can do many things, I think it would work wonders as a special sweeper. I have decided on the moves Psychic, Surf, Recover, and Thunderbolt or Ice Beam. Sandslash has proved very useful, it weilds "Slash" well; "Swift" to. But the final moveset will include Sandstorm, Earthquake, Rock Slide, and the almighty Body Slam. For Crobat I have settled on Poison Fang, Fly, Confuse Ray/Whirlwind (to spread around the Toxic) and Toxic. Banette does sound like the better choice with Shadow Ball, Will-o-Wisp-Thunderwave, Body Slam, Substitute. It will use Will-o-Wisp until I get it Thunderwave from the Battle Frontier. For Cacturne I am definitly ganna use Needle Arm, Feint Attack and Leech Seed. I really don't like Spikes so i will use, most likely, Sandstorm till I get to the Battle Frontier and get him Thunder Punch. Lastly, Magneton, it will sport Thunder, Rain Dance, Reflect, and Thunderwave. The items will be various but will closely resemble the first mentioned items in my original post.
Thank all of you for your helpful and positive input.

On Crobat, Poison Fang and Toxic give the same end result. Except Poison Fang is also an attack. The side effect to both is the Toxic effect. You might want to consider something else in place of one of them.
