Crush (Sharpedo)
Hatched and Trained in Ruby
CALM Nature (+ Sp. Defense, - Attack)
Dark/Water Type

Akira (Alakazam)
Caught and Trained in Emerald
CALM Nature (+ Sp. Defense, - Attack)

Sceptile: drop Aerial Ace for Thunder Punch (emerald move tutor). if u want to keep him as a mixed sweeper, just find something better than AA... i just dont like it w/o STAB. a good special sweeping set is:
-Thunder Punch
-Dragon Claw
-Leaf Blade/Giga Drain
-Hidden Power [special]

Blaziken:
-Brick Break/Sky Uppercut (choose 1)
-Rock Slide (over AA)
-Overheat (give him a White Herb to hold so he can undo the stat drop)
-Earthquake/Bulk Up

Gengar: a mixed sweeper gengar? if you ever decide to focus on a gengar with only special attacks, use
-Thunder Bolt
-Ice Punch (emerald move tutor)
-Psychic
-Giga Drain/Fire Punch/whatever
or a physical gengar:
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Brick Break/Return
-Explosion
then again, if u dont EV train, it doesnt matter as much to what types of moves u give your pokemon. IMO, gengar's special attack is too amazing not to take full advantage of.

Sharpedo:
-Surf/Hydro Pump (choose 1)
-Ice Beam
-Crunch
Hidden Power [special]/filler
i would suggest Taunt too but i just dont know how much good that would do

Zam:
-Psychic
-Fire Punch/Ice Punch
-Thunder Punch (over Shockwave)
-Calm Mind

a pretty good team, especially for in-game. i just threw some suggestions out there. do u EV train? if u do, post that stuff too.

-Iron Tail (like the idea, gives it more power over ice types and what not)
-Aerial Ace (cant help it like the move)
-Leaf Blade
-Dragon Claw

Blaziken
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Blaze Kick (love the move and im not a big fan of Overheat, plus his father, my Lv.100 Blaziken in Ruby has 290 Sp.Atk so he uses Overheat more effectivly)
-Sky Uppercut

Gengar
-Psychic (like better than Shadow Ball)
-Sludge Bomb
-Thunderbolt
-Giga Drain

Sharpedo
kept as is...Hidden Power sucks on him plus if u have anyother suggestions as to replace Surf/Hydro Pump with then make them thanks
