telling people things in emerald

u know when people are like "hey give us a cool phrase" or something? do those give u anything? cause there was this one guy that wanted u to change a word in a song he was making, and this other guy who has a sick child that u need to tell the child something... but i have no idea what to tell them!

For a hot link to serebii that describes the thing with the sick kid, you may want to just look at the thread here called How' s Emerald so far? See marhawkman's post on page 3. That should explain it clearly.

Sometimes a character will ask for a word or phrase. For example, when you change the saying in Dewford it actualy makes Feebas move to 6 different tiles. And when you give the Berry Master and his wife a saying they give you berries. Most of these result in your getting a random berry, but some specific sayings will get you rare berries. Then there are some other characters too that ask for your profile, or involve Mystery Gift, etc.., I guess each has a different function. Hope this helps.
