I can't read japanese and I got this as a throwin in a trade.
Its a trap card and its picture looks like a bunch of dragons and knights and a spiky turtle thing being sucked around into a purple vortex.

Dimension Magic
Quick-Play Magic
Effect: You may only activate this card if there is a face-up Spellcaster Sub-Type Monster on your side of the Field. Offer one Monster on your side of the Field as a Tribute in order to Special Summon one Spellcaster Sub-Type Monster from your Hand. Afterward, you may destroy one Monster Card on the Field.

And, for what it may be worth, the official English names used in the Kids WB dub for these cards are Malevolent Catastrophe (SDM-031) and Magical Dimension (SY2-022).

Also just for some added fun in case you'd like to know,
Unholy Calamity (Malevolent Catastrophe) was used by Malik in his Battle City finals duel versus Jonouchi and was never actually activated in the anime. Dimension Magic (Magic Dimension) is a card used by Atem in the Battle Ciuty finals versus Kaiba.

lol I thought it was unholy calamity
as for more s/t removal in the tcg I think it would be a good card to have but I really don't think it would get run for any more than a month in CC decks here in the US. I mean no one that I know of uses it in competetive decks in japan. There are just better traps. Though it is good

no splooshy u know nothing of the japanese meta. It has nothing to do with me running a GK deck. U would run it but probably only for like 2 weeks until it would be deemed "bad" at our store. Remember its not just a heavy storm in the form a chainable to anything trap. Ur opponent has to attack. When ur facing a burn deck chances are that ur opponent wouldn't be atacking. Maybe people do run it in japan (i could be wrong) and Iam not saying its a bad card. It just wouldn't add the supposedly needed s/t removal that the TCG needs.

I would personally throw it in Instead of the random dust tornado that many decks are running...thats bout it

Sand Tornado does feel really randomized in decks these days. I'd rather see one of these in a mainboard and 3 sand tornados sideboarded. As for it's advantages...Your opponent will most likely set M/T's then go into a battle phase. If they set stuff like Goats, Controllers, Book of Moon, etc. This card will just be waiting to kill them.
