So I got a new mastery-blue style mastery-I am going to make a deck around it....does that mean All my cards in my deck have to be blue and free style. Like I cant put red cards in it... Also If I can put red or anything in it, I can use the effect "If you declared a toku waza"...would that work..?

The deal with the Masteries are that you may only use their effects if you declared the proper Tokui-Waza. You need only a minimum of one styled card of the appropriate type in your deck. For example, you could use the Blue Style Mastery if you have one Blue-style card in your deck with all the others being freestyle. This means you can't put red style cards or any other type that conflicts with the blue tokui-waza.
