Thats how the POkemon should look. Delcatty/Rare Candy/PETM/Oracle is way better for getting out stage 2's than Lioone. Run Sceptile Ex.

Energy
Depends you should porbably add a different type to cover its weakness. You should probably run Maxie and like some type of water Aqua Pokemon.

I'm not sure that would work after all the entire point is eflicting poision and such on the oppoonent. the draw power cards do seem good, and some of the Water pokemon can causes status effects. I'm not sure about Sceptile Ex because while I don't know what it does because i haven't seen it. If its from the Magma/Aqua set i don't know about it. Lets Try Version 1.5
