What card abuses BOOST

I'm planning on running Sharpedo Ex deck, with a 2/2 Togetic lineup. I really just wanted to know what stage 2 could be used to fully abuse boost. Can Delcatty be used with boost? If so I'll probably run Delcatty and 3 Boost for extreme speed. Also If the there is a stage two Ex Pokemon that can be used to replace Sharpedo and DO MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF DAMAGE that would be greatly appreaciated.

Charizard EX abuses Boost.
Salamance EX abuses Boost.
Slaking abuses Boost.
Gardevior & Gardevior EX abuse Boost.
Any Pokémon that need *** can abuse Boost.

Just to qualify that, BJJ763, Slaking's ability to abuse Boost depends on the deck build. For example, I use a deck that combo's Slaking with Blaziken, and Boost would actually be a bad idea there.

THanks BJJ763. I made a mistake when I said stage two. I mean to say stage 1 Ex. Are there any of those.

Stage 1 ex's that can abuse Boost? Let's see.

Wigglytuff ex -- With a full bench and a Boost, you can do 80 damage.
Rocket's Scizor ex -- Use the attack, discard Boost (which would have been discarded anyway), get back a Dark or Metal Energy.
Gyarados ex -- WWCCC does 100. Boost provides CCC. Do the math.

Those are the best I could find.
