POP Floor Rules--deck construction rules Q.

Are the POP floor rules for deck construction similar to those of Modified, where you can only use cards from a certain set up? Or can you use any card except Ancient Mew and Happy Birthday Pikachu like in Unlimited? Or can they use both?

POP just means Premiere Organized Play.
It could be in any format, however most POP tournaments will be in Modified.
The Prerelease events are in Limited. It is unlikely, but does sometimes happen, that a POP event will be Unlimited.

Well, they did update Modified to rotate out older sets, but WotC would have done that as well.
Current Modified is Expedition on, with only Nintendo released promos. That is, Black Star 001 and up. (not 1 and up, 001 and up)

Expedition reprinted some of the older cards like SER and Lass, right? And did Expedition come out before or after the Gym sets? You see, I need help converting my Unlimited deck to Modified, but I don't know what cards are in Expedition, nor do I know when Expedition was released. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks in advance!

No, neither Lass nor SER have been reprinted.
There is a new version of SER, SER2, but it is not nearly as good.
