Some of mine are The E-Heros, just because they look cool and the fact that they might get more support. All the Ancient Gear creatures, especially Golem because he is so bad ass. Megarock Dragon mainly for how it looks. There are plenty others but I would have to say my favorite is Death Wombat. He is the perfect burn counter card.

My gosh, I am SO going to the Pre-release! I love the E-Heros and Element Master Dryad--i can finally make a winning element deck for the TCG! Also, Brainwash and the Golems are awesome as well as Criaosphinx (sp?) and hieracosphinx along with all the re-flippers! The Monks look awesome too! Ahh....so many deck opportunities! :D

Definitely Element Master Dryad and Skull Servant King.

Dryad is not only one of my favorite girl monsters retrained (Based off both Dryad and her clone, Lady of Faith.), but she makes Element Decks highly viable. I'm planning such Deck now, anticipating her arrival! :D

Skull Servant King talks by himself... he makes Skull Servant SO broken that CED and Yata look like a joke! :eek:

Antique Gear Soldier + Gear Golem are both pretty cool looking with good effects. My favorite, however would have to be.... Megarock Dragon. This thing's got potential.

Ah, so many good cards in this set...

Brain Control- easily the most playable card in the set

Antique Gear Beast- best 1 tribute monster in a while. My cold wave decks anticipate this ^-^

Megarock Dragon- this thing is just cool. Earth/Dimension decks will be even more awesome now. Vunerable to book of moon though, and you hafta run rock types so it'll take some work to get it right

Rock Throwing Attack- TCG finally gets foolish burial... sorta. Definitely a must in rock decks.

Survivor of the Twilight Zone- Hey, if anyone can sit through an episode of the twilight zone and survive they deserve to be maindecked :p More seriously, great combos with this guy.

Level Change Laboratory- OH. MY. GOD. Does water need more speed?!

What I love the most about this set is the low rarities of all the best cards! I'm going to go nuts trading at the preview(s) (I might go to two, if they put them one day after another like the FET previews over here)

Megarock Dragon, mainly because he looks cool. Now if he had to make a deck with him, would I have to use some mediocre rock monster like Giant soldier of stone ? Some rock monsters like the jars, guardian sphinx or jiu-jitsu master are really good but they're not too many.
Besides Rock throwing attack sucks IMO.
I could use stall and these "camel control-like" rock monsters but then I wouldn't have place for Megarock in it :o
Brain control if it doesn't get restricted is the best card in the set.

Reshef is a LV7 (or 8, can't remember) ritual monster => meaning he is really freaking hard to be summoned...
You have to get both the ritual monster and the ritual spell card. Manju can do this job all right but still you get some horrible hands sometimes and opening the game with a deck using rituals is usually difficult.
But the main problem with Reshef is that you have to tribute quite a lot, Manju (if he remains still on the field) will not be enough. So you're losing 2-4 (ritual spell card included) cards to get this monster out. And his effect isn't very broken since it has a very reasonable cost..
I'd use Relinquished over Reshef any day.
And Elemental Mistress - Dryad seems more interesting to me, non limited pot/raigeki/duster/duo/.. is good.

as to your question of having to use bad rock monsters there are plenty

golem sentry I think he is rock the magnet warriors and valkrien the new rocks coming out in lost millenium and cyber jar you can easily run 20 monsters in a rock deck without using bad monsters

back on topic my favorite is des wambat cute and the best sidedeck card known to man

also dummy golem just because he boosts the chance of me making a monsters that must survive battle deck

ok but sentry golem belongs in a camel control IMO and Megarock wouldn't do well in a deck using stall cards.
The rock cards in TLM are kind of meh really.
Megarock in a Valkyrion deck sounds like the most reasonable use for him.

IMO level changing lab + AGG = gg.. Level changing lab is a mistake, way too strong, as long as its not a 1, any monster (except for fusion and rits) can hit the field for 1 tribute. I personaly dont like the face that an anchent gear golem could just come crashing down in front of me. . .

Actually, you can use Wight King in the prerelease. His strength is boosted by both Wight Kings and Wights (Skull Servants). Granted, he won't be nearly as playable without Wight.

My favorite card is either Wight King or Brain Control. Nothing else in the set was really all that interesting. I did pull an Antique Gear Golem and a full playset of Gear Beasts, though I don't really have a use for'em yet.

Element Master Dyrad is my favorite. She is the glue that make elements tourney worthy. This is the same for the case of Ultimate insect Lv.7. I can see it now making an insect deck based around him and owning the opponent with Insect Knight.

I don't care what anyone says, Criosphinxz is the best and most broken monster ever. can anyone say Guardian Spinxs. Ok your field is full, now send them all back to your hand, oops, now you gotta discard 5. wow, that's crazy. And he could be brought out with Giant rat. I really can't wait to make a deck outta this guy, it's gonna be sick. Now i need to dust off the spring of rebirth card.

The monks have real potential, especially with the other rocks.

Wight king doesn't play, however, very combo based card.

Elemental Master has crazy potential, I see people definitely experimenting.

E hero flame wing man, is gonna be staple, people are gonna staple meta to their deck or should i say to their hands, so they can draw it allday.
