its not out yet.here in the phillipines, our new ones are only TLM and BE2-JP.

It has been released as its on the official site and I have seen lots of single cards for sale on Japanese auction sites weeks ago,I guess Ideal808 will get them in soon but other sites like ebay never really had much Expert edition or Beginner's edition cards for sale anyway.
