This is all i can confirm about the Jersey Devil.

There are a lot of variations to the Jersey Devil legend. Most of the time, the child was born as the 13th child of a woman and the legend almost always (the official ones, at least) have the name Leeds somewhere in the legend, whether it be the mother's name or the birthplace.

Well anyways, most variations have the woman giving birth to her 13th child. Because she had endured the pain of childbirth so many times, she placed a curse on her child. Some variations have the baby born deformed, others have the baby born perfectly normal. In the case the deformed/demonic baby, she hides him in the house or the cellar. The child breaks free and that's where it basically the story ends, and the historic sightings start.

It's also been said that Jersey Devil sightings are bad omens that signify the start of a major war. Some examples include a sighting that supposedly happened soon before the start of the Civil War and another one before the attack on Pearl Harbor, but this is all probably just coincidence or something.

I heard somewhere that the US govt was making a balloon type thing able to detect nuclear bombs from Russia. The balloon thing was TOP SECRET and was being tested in the desert of New Mexico. Well they tried to make it go really high and it popped and came down in a farmers field. Well the material made to support such a massive thing looked very different from normal metals and it had strange markings on it which was concluded to be some type of arabian language that the govt used so that if an "enemy" country found it they couldnt read it. Well then people started to suggest that it was of "alien" nature and that they found "bodies" around the site of the crash. That was also concluded that a news reporter made that up to get readers attention to his newspaper. So the Roswell UFO crash was actually just a big balloon that popped.

Chocobo, if you start Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon in synch with The Wizard of Oz, starting it when the lion finishes it's third roar, it will 'speak', persay, with the movie.

In one section, Dorothy is walking on the fence, and the lead singer says "Walking the thin line between reality and dream", or something along those lines.

It goes in in a similar fashion.

That is the best album ever, by the way.

Anyway, as for Roswell. It was SOMETHING other than a balloon. That whole bit ties in with Area 51.. Area 51 guards have the right to, and WILL, shoot ANY perosn who crosses the claerly cut boundaries.

VERY FEW people are let access in, and those who are are followed, so no information is leaked.

But why? Aliens, friends, aliens and top secret WAR MACHINES.

War machines with the power of to destroy 10 Nagasakis and Hiroshimas.

The government is always plotting another plan, the public being oblivious to it all. The government masks it with other issues, like Iraq or Afghanistan, while they plot their next underocver move.

I personally belive in the alien theory, and think Area 51 is full of alien evidence.

I am going to an Area 51/Roswell travelling exhibit soon, as I am very interested in this topic.

I think they're real. I saw a show about ghost busting, and a family reported that every night they would see shadows on the walls of people running who weren't there, and it was in fact true, but the people tried to pass it off as some sort of electrical thing. What??

I just picked up this odd book without a cover from the beaverton libraray. This book has almost anatomicly correct renditions of aliens from many different novels. It also sees techology as a stereotype. SOME aliens had technolgy. most didn't. I wish i had a name for this book, but i don't. So many things.
The coolest thing was a race of aliens whom cannot advance past a stone-age like era cuz every 300 years their planet revolves so close to their sun, half the planet turns to cinders. In the novel, this is called "Fire Time." Does someone know the name of this book?

I just found a wonderful book about aliens! It's called "The Divine Blue".The wirter is robert Perala.It's about really strange real misterys involving UFOs and aliens.People beeing kidnapped by them etc.
The writer that says he comunicated with aliens wich he calls "blue angels" and he got inspired by that he dedicated his life to alien form studying and wrote that book.

i bet there really was alien research going on there because the government protects that place like whoa. sure, it's well-known, but that doesn't mean you can just go there and check it out. if you stop your car on the highway across from the base, a gov't vehicle will drive over and order you to drive off. if you get out and start walking towards the base, you will be shot.
so far nobody has ever seen anyone actually gain access to the base.

another interesting bit of info is that the real research is held somewhere in the mountains of nevada and colorado. gov't facilities can be hidden there and nobody would EVER know about it unless they were an insider.

about ghosts:
there have been NUMEROUS anomalies recorded by visual and audio media. a very interesting show on the scifi channel is about 2 guys who go to ppl's houses and record the "voices" of dead ppl. crazay.

about wierd animals/creatures:
such things like ghosts, ufo spacehips/abductions, bigfoot, jersey devils, etc, seem impossible or extremely improbable that science has not yet obtained physical evidence of the existence of these things. but the literal MILLIONS of so-called eyewitness encounters is astonishing. IMO such creatures are not even natural but supernatural in origin, or else there would have been proof of their existence by now.

I can confidently say that I don't care whether or not any of this stuff is real. It's not having any direct influence on my life. A bigfoot running around in the woods is in no way changing my day-to-day life, nor are aliens who may or may not be around, nor are ghosts who may not even truly exist. If it's a legend of some sort, I'll just assume that it could be true, but could equally be untrue. If it gets proven right or wrong, well, "Great!!... Can I go now?"

there is no scientific evidence in that footage to either prove or disprove its validity. that footage is too poor to determine anything.

anyway, something like bigfoot is bound to be captured by now..IF it was a natural animal. think about it. why do you think no specimens have EVER been caught or undeniably captured on film? the thing has to be supernatural. Also in Loch Ness there are waves in the water, and there is no explanation for it, unless huge objects where moving underwater.And there are big black shadows on the water that disapear in seconds.This has no explanation and I saw this myself and most people who went to Loch Ness also did.It's probably the monster's urine.

He stated that it can survive deep underwater where it is extremely cold, however I think the Loch Ness is not real, nor is Bigfoot.

I have seen some strange things that seem real, but in the end it just doesn't seem to be logical for something to be "alive" and there is no hard evidence of its actual existence. Sure, they MIGHT be out there, but I doubt it.

The only problem with there being only 1 or 2 is how would they reproduce. Not only that, but I don't think Loch Ness would have enough food to provide for 1 let alone 2 or 3 of these creatures. And why would they or how could they have survived that long without either evolving with passing time, or not dying out altogether, afterall, the most vulernable ecosystems to change are aquatic.

On that site with the evil Disney stuff, on the odd pics page i think, there was a sea monster carcass with huge tusks. The article said it washed ashore but was not studied or preserved in any way or something, further evidence that it might have been a hoax.

Also, some years ago, a carcass was caught by a fishing boat. This carcass was thought to have been a sea monster of some sort. The corpse was apparently tossed back into the water. Later examination using the photos taken, suggested it may have been a decomposing whale shark. Damn, so close.

ive had horrible expieriences with screamers. my mom showed me one(something about finding things wrong in a picture) when i was 9 and i could not sleep for 3 days. literally, i didnt sleep at all those three days after. eventually i had to go to a psyciatrist(sp?) to get the whole thing cleared up and put behind me.
