The Exorcist: Theme deck project.

OMG! I just thought of this awesome deck idea. It is a theme deck based off the movie: The Exorcist.


This is going to be so cool, it is like a mix of occult and angel stuff and it will seem rather odd at first... but you guys should be able to figure out how it is supposed to work...

Okeys, here we go I guess.

Mischevious Demon Twins (demons that possess stuff)
Angels Gift (a gift sent by an angel from heaven to aid the exorcists in their battle against evil)

Holy Barrier-Mirror Force (a holy barrier created by the exorcists to defend themselves from the attacks of demons, both physical and mental)

Bell of Destruction (ask for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee! Bwahahaha!)
Bottomless Pit Trap (a trap conujured by the white magic of the exorcists, there is like, what looks like a demon being sucked into a pit, in the picture. So it is like, this card is when they get the demon out of the possessed person, this card sends the demon back to hell)

Well, I do admit I have a nice balance of light and darks, I am just not sure if either one fits the theme of Exorcism and possesion... if you can give me a slightly convincing reason why they would fit in, I would glady put one of them in the deck. I love the power of Sorcerer and Soldier and I would love an excuse to use them.

Chaos Sorceror. He is a fusion of both Hell and Heaven. When neither can compromise, this powerful magician is the result.

Airknight Parshath was a great warrior of Heaven before he was corrupted by the occult and became the Balter the Terrible.

What about adding in Ouija Board? In the original Exorcist Movie a ouija board was how she transmitted the evil spirit into herself.
Also try Lord of the Underworld, nothin' more prominent in the exorcist movies than the big guy himself.
While your at it, Devil's Sanctuary looks like a good add in, devil statues appear multiple times as afterimages in the original.
I haven't seen the new movie yet so I hope you don't mind my fixes are geared toward the first movie. Remember, nothing beats the original! :p

I think in order to make your deck look prettier, I would advise you have all the explanations at the bottom. Your deck is difficult to follow as is.

Yes definatly try out some Demon Dream Ghosts. The whole first movie is about her possessed and tied to a bed. The art on DDG looks perfect.

Remember everyone, the good guys sort of won in the end, so I gotta keep a decent presence of good guys and exorcists, or it will not fit the theme anymore.:p

I really love how well Kycoo fits the theme, he is like, the exorcist that was going bad and wanted to be possessed, but he was still an exorcist.

He fits so well, because he is dark like that guy was, but he still knew how to do exorcist stuff, so Kycoo is the perfect representation.

Maybe try out Golden Pagan Idol to fit with teh evil statue thing I brought in with Devil's Sanctuary. Sheesh, you really need a sideboard.

I have some ideas about what, maybe, to insert in the deck. Maybe add cards that are... uhh... inspired by certain quotes in the movie... some I cannot even repeat on this board.)

Think about it, your using three demotions, all are equips and go on your opponents monsters. If you don't have a possessed Dark Soul in you hand or field Demotion is useless. You can use Mass Exorciasm (Eternal Rest) to blow up a monster equipped with Demotion. Kinda sounds like a good combo now. Eh?
