well the regionals were today, adn i met many people who are on or visit pojo and hope they give a deatiled account of there day (according 1 did some amazing trading and the other was head judge).

i set of at 8: 45 in the morning, bagpack on me with my files, deck, cards, and gear. the drive was about 40 mins and the traffic wasnt to bad at all.

i got there at about 9:30, armed with £50. as i was walking to the arena some scots flew past my confirming this was the right venue! No Scottish duelist attend the normal tourneys here at Newcastle, as they have there own regionals, but for the many who did’nt qualify, this was there 2nd chance, according its about 1 hour and half train journey away, I hope you all had a safe journey home!

first I went to the duelist desk to collect my badge which I had prebooked and for the first time ever, they had forgot to put my name down so i had to go find the organiser so he could confirm I had pre booked and then I was handed my badge!

According I hadn’t actually finished my deck ( I had slapped a warrior deck together at midnight and new I would have to add some crads) I flew to the card shop as I only had 20 mins to get my deck list written to be checked. Time was coming and issue but I remained calm.

As I said, I had saved some money out and splashed out on the cards I needed to perfect (in my views anyways) my deck. Even though I wasn’t aloud to use them I also purchased a lightning vortex and nearly bought a sslvl 5, but instead bought a pack and my friend pulled it for me, yey!

Then I flew down and wrote out my deck and handed it in, the next 20 mins I put my deck in some new sleeves which I had been meaning to buy for some time. (I also treated myself to a new hard metal ultra pro deck box thing).

To be cont………………………

Meh, nothing much happened to me there. I got there at around 8:30, traded to a few kids (around 50, totally changed my whole binder :D) Got TP5 Big Shield for Cyber Harpie, Luminous Soldier for Kuriboh, etc.

And then I've pulled out the Silent Lv5 for YGZone here....I wish it was mine

I tried for the Regionals, but only won 3/4... My 2 friends qualified though, so that's good still.

Take a Jar out for Torrential: that's a MUST

The guys who qualified as the Top 4 was my friend, Matthew and another kid who pulled Magical Thorn from the TP5 Pack (the little *******)

No, I don't think so. I wasn't allowed in the area so that was all I saw.
