When pokemon gets remade.....

Everything popular gets a second life sometime, even if the second incarnation doesn't do as well. Look at the gap between the Astro Boy shows, geez. I've heard how Pokemon is supposed to become cultural icons, but I don't think the current show and games have what it takes to last another five years.

Which brings me to the point, someday it will come back, we might be ten to twenty years older, but it will come back. What do you think it will be like when it does? Will the franchise attack from all different media like before: video games, anime, manga, cards, etc.... Will the same pokemon be brought back or will new ones be created and everything start from scratch? Will Ash remain the popular trainer or will he get replaced? If video games are made, will they be RPG's like before? If it simply becomes another show will the design and animation change? Will new frontiers be attempted? I can easily see Disney doing a live action movie based on Pokemon ten years from now. That and maybe tons of little pokemon robot pets being made. Will the theme be the same? Pokemon got a lot of criticism because the pokemon-trainer relationship resembled <pojo ownz><pojo ownz><pojo ownz><pojo ownz>fighting. Perhaps when the show comes back the trainers will become tamers and the Pokeballs won't be used again.

i think it will get remade, TMNT and tranformers, they had their moments in the sun so why bring it back? i think when it comes back, it will last a few months

The big difference between Pokémon and TMNT, Astro Boy, & Transformers is that Pokémon has not gone away. So there is no need to bring it back. It has gotten more popular.

Yes, it will eventually go. Everything does. But, I'm almost positive that Pokemon is STILL the highest rated show on KidsWB. So, since it still has a while to go, it would be impossible to answer the question.

If it were to die completely and then be revived a few years down the line I think it would do about as well as all the other remade animé shows. It'd rally a lot of fans but the popularity probably wouldn't be as big as its first round.

it will be taken out eventually, and then evenyually remade. i dont think it will be based on ash, though. they will create a new trainer and use him

Yah that would be cool , use a new trainer like have Tracey be the star with Butch and Cassidy as the main villians , ooh just had an idea for a fanfiction , anywho I think becuase the show "Pokemon" was and is such a big hit that if it ever dies out , it will be remade , and if it ever does get remade I'm not sure how it would go , I think it would have new generation of fans , you know the pearnts who were once fans of this show have children and than their children would become fans of this show..It also might or might not have that big of fan base like it once had , seeing as how many other good anime shows their are out their after all "Pokemon" was at least I think it was the first anmie show in the U.S. so that might have been the reason as to why it was so popular with the fights and funny characters helping , but than agian it could just be , becuase it was and is such a good show..Anyway's it might do well if were remade and it might not , like I said....

Transformers were ruined by CN, plain and simple. Poke'mon will definately have a remake in 10 years. I'll be around when it does hopefully introducing my next generation to it. Sweet.

I want to be the one that brings back pokemon if it ever dies out but i doubt that will happen. I have created enough pokemon to make a new season and i have lots of ideas but who knows.

They are bringing back a lot of older things for the new generation which is a cool idea and im glad transformers is back, i love that show.

Actually, I read somewhere that Pokemon ended in Japan, and came back, same year, with titled Pocketmonsters Advanced so I don't know if you count that as an end or not.

Pokemon Colosseum, that is a future game. Maybe Ash will age 10 years and they can say when Ash was with Team Snagem that he went undercover to uncover the Shadow Pokemon and rescue the Pokemon taken away. That could be something down the future.

If/when Pokemon is brought back from the grave, it will suck. And it will suck badly. Brains will be sucked out of ear sockets is how much it will suck. Eyebals out of eye sockets to.

At least, that is how it historically goes. Who know? It might at least be half decent.
