help with lugia

I can't really use it, but it's my favorite so I'm training it anyway. I'm going to train it in hp and attack or special attack, which one should I choose??

what kinda of moveset u using for it? ...cuz Lugias max value in atk and special atk are the same...306

If you put Sp. Attacks on it, go with Sp. Attack EVs...
But if you put regular Attacks on it, EV train in Attack.

I know how to train it, and I know what it's stats are. My question is should I chose to train it in attack or special attack.

If I train it in attack it would probably look something like this.

aeroblast
earthquake
hp: fighting
recover

And speical attack:

@lum
psychic
surf
calm mind
recover

Rock, Electric, and Dark can be countered with the first moveset...

I would say Attack, because IMO Surf and Psychic are overused.

That's true, and lugia is the only pokemon in the world that can aeroblast, (if you don't count smeargle) so I think I'll go with attack for origanality.

Lugia can't use curse now, so I'd use calm mind, Ice beam over Surf, I guess.
