His effect only goes through if you Tribute Summon him. If you cut his level below 5 then you can't Tribute Summon him which means you won't get his effect.

What's the point in running Mobius if you won't be able to get his effect?

For sum reason Fenrir + neo daedulus reminds me of CED and yata in a watered down fashion.

Yeah, I've already built a water bounce deck, but I will test out Abyss Soldiers here. I just don't have much to discard as far as expendable water monsters go.

Ok, I playtested this deck. It did fairly well; I pulled off the Neo Daedalus twice in 8 duels, and both times I had instantly won. I replaced a Terraforming with another Trunade to ensure that no Torrentials or Trap Holes will kill Daedalus and I added a Swords for protection.

About your first one. I would think that having two Neo Daedalus's, you would get one a lot wihtout any ability to summon it.

On the contrary, not being able to search for it in anyway, I often am without it. I put 2 in to stop the situations which I wouldn't have any handy. I almost always get at least one in my hand and usually pull of the combo once per duel.

Bugroth wouldn't help at all. If anything, I would put in that Aqua Spirit I took out just so I can easily summon my Levia-Dragons.

There is no such thing as Neo Daidaros FTK. You don't get to kill your opponent first turn. And there are tons of stuff opponent can top deck to reverse the situation. On the other hand, topdecking will kill you.

Even though I run a successful version of a Water deck using Neo Daidaros myself, I have to say that he is overrated.

Well so far there hasn't been a situation where I've needed 2 sacs for Daedalus. I initially tested Big Wave, but often was drawn as a dead card. Card Destruction might be a good idea.

Doubt it. Levia-Dragon isn't that easy to get out (even Sinister and Big Wave can be risky) and then you need one of possibly 3 cards in your deck to use its effect. It's amazing when pulled off.

Neo Daedalus, wow. It's even better. Leave both players topdecking while you've got a 2900 ATK beast to run all over your opponent. If they don't topdeck anything good, the game will end very soon.

have Critter on the field. Summon Neo Deadalus. Neo Deadalus nukes the field, Critter goes to the gravyard... bring Fenrir to your hand, remove to watre monsters from play... good game. The Yata Lock reborn.

Edit: no.... I forgot, Fenrir's effect only works when it destorys a monster. =( oh well.

Overall the decks seem pretty good. I, would maybe drop an Aqua Spirit for a Fenrir in your first deck. But, if you are only useing them for easy tribute summons its alright. Thats the only reason I keep here in my old water deck.

Yes they do, especially in trap decks, fatal abacus decks, annoyance decks and budget decks.

That could work actually, it's more than likely that the opponent will be running sinister serpent and will set it out of desparation, then when u get fenrir out they have ot make a choice:
2900 damage or Skip their draw phase
