The AR GBX program won't put the codes onto my AR. It says it can't because the list of codes has not been read from it. What do I do to fix this ?
When I start my Sapphire under AR, after different amounts of time it starts making weird noises and freezes, and I have to take out the AR and re-insert it before it will work again. Can I fix this ? Does it have to do with my AR being version 3.2 ?

As for the second problem, be very, very careful to no bump the Action Replay or game cartridge. That's what causes the game to freeze and make odd noises.
I've never heard of the first problem before, sorry.

OK Josh, I think I can help. I am have been using AR for quite a while now. xP What you have to do is Import Codes from the file or something. When that is done, go to your Pokemon game on the list and check the codes you want to upload in your game. Click "AR GBX" and a little screen should pop up showing that the files are being transported to your game (Remeber you need to have the USB cord plugged into your game and your UBS port with your game on the main cheat screen). When it is finished uploading, go to your PC Database and go your game. Check the boxes again and this time, hit "Restore." The screen should pop up again and when it is finsihed it should be in your game.
If this does not work, than it's best you contact their company via email or go to the FAQ where most problems and concerns are answered. I had trouble with this also, damn thing is so complicated. xP

[I got a Gameshark with Pokemon Crystal, but you really got to make sure the cartridge is fully inserted or it doesn't work. On your AR, make sure the cartridge is in and also, the unit is firmly in your Gameboy. If you do not see the words Nintendo after turning on your RS, you got to keep reinserting the AR unit until it finally 'locks' and then Nintendo will appear. I had to do that a lot with RS, but its worth it to catch old Pokemon.
