Three Questions

1: Does Choice Band multiply Special Attack ? (I already know it locks you into using any attack even if it doesn't do any damage.)

2: What is the percentage of Burning for Fire Blast ? I thought it was 10%, but I'm seeing people say 15% these days.

3: Does Leech Seed give you the amount of HP the opponent loses, or 1/8 of your total ? For example, if you used it on Shedinja, would you only get 1 HP back ?

1. I asked the same thing. The guide says CB "multiplies move power used first by 1.5" and makes no distinction. I think some posters were going to try a test on netbattle or something to check this (Maybe Ness and Absol?) but don't know if they ever did.

3. From what I've seen at the BT with Ludicolo, it sucks the HP from your foe and you get it. IDK where this 1/8 number comes from. I think if a foe only has a little HP left, then that's what you get, but I've never tried Leech Seed on shedinja. (I usually just toxic it)

i always thought it was like a poisoned-like Absorb, ie you recover half of the damage (rounded up i think), but i never really tested that

It was Ness and Absol, but they never said if they had done it. 1/8 comes from the fact that when Leech Seeded, you lose 1/8 of your total HP every turn.

I thought you lost 1/16 of your total HP every turn, just like normal Poison and Burn?
